Fair enough.. I got the leather ones from a blob wrx sl- only cost £250 so take off the money I got for my old seats only cost me £100! If you've got the doorcards from the blob too you may have some problems fitting as they are a different fit i'm afraid :/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Absolute bargain! I'm actually looking for an engine to make a table from so if you just replace, i'll take the old engine off your hands! I bought the car with scoop on, so haven't noticed any improvements- it could possibly cool the intake manifold to allow slightly more air in to burn, but I highly doubt it actually gives any performance gain. @tomobwfc i'm so sorry but I only just saw your question (didn't get a notification for some reason?) the answer is just off eBay- about £20 if I remember... They're good because they are all locking nuts, however after a few months the coating does fade and chip off so start to look poo (i'm on my 3rd set now so will be going back to stock nuts at some point) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I doubt it pal- ej20's are in all impreza's- he says in listing it's from an early one so most likely not ours... The engine in ours is an ej204- only found in the impreza and legacy 2.0R's as far as i'm aware... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm afraid I don't- the problem with our cars is they're bot too common! If you think it's terminal anyway it may be worth stripping the engine down to see if you can salvage your block? Just had a quick look on ebay and can only find complete engines going for stupid money... Otherwise all I can advise is go to subaru for a short block... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Think i'll get that diffuser! Why thank you! I'm after a decent rear diffuser- which one have you gone for? As for the exhaust, it depends how far you want to go- I started off with a straight centre pipe (removes the original silencer) and a prodrive backbox- i've since added a louder UEL manifold for the 'scooby rumble' but have a video of the backbox and centre pipe if you want to see it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Make sure when you read the coolant level, the engine is up to temp- like everything, coolant expands when it gets hot so will usually read lower than 'full' when cold.. Having said that don't try to top up while still hot! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have the same spec car as you, and I fitted some 18" prodrive GT1's- they made the ride slightly more harsh, but made the car feel that bit tighter and in my opinion improved the looks of the car 10 fold... I got mine from scoobyworld for a cracking price so couldn't really say no! The only thing I will say is they have a high offset just like the standard wheels... I am toying with the idea of spacers myself but don't want to sacrifice the handling characteristics of the car for looks... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This problem sounds typical of some kind of ECU or EDU going down... Usually caused by water ingress- have you checked the car (mainly towards the front) for any water leaks? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My first thought would be air lock in the cooling system- have you had the coolant changed recently? If not, it could be an internal issue with the HVAC box- i.e when you turn the switch to hot, nothing is happening in the box... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi all, I have found a set of prodrive blue springs at a bargain price- only thing that is putting me off is they were removed from a GB270 wagon, and I have a saloon...
