  1. Hi Caroline - Becky did have a later model hatchback impreza and the box sits parallel to the rear bumper so unfortunately I dont think this would fit your Fozzy
  2. not something I wanted with mine - sorry
  3. Wotcha and welcome :)
  4. good piece of advice there - should have mentioned it myself
  5. hmmm having trouble finding it - he may have buried it within one of his random discussions :D no doubt he will be along shortly and dig out his progress so far...
  6. Wotcha and welcome Roy - there is a strong contingent on here from your part of the world with quite a bit going on - feel free to jump in
  7. No braided, instead of just being rubber hoses they have a rubber core but a stainless steel braid around teh outside - this stops expansion / swelling of the hose when braking - older hoses are prone to do that. Just to be clear there is nothing wrong with OEM hoses when new but they tend to be expensive to replace so many opt for the aftermarket option. If you replaced trhe hoses you would get increased feel over the older OEM items and they will be less prone to brake fade under repeated use. If it is purely for looks I would see if these are an option for your model http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=378
  8. Wotcha and welcome!!
  9. Wotcha and welcome - Yup Gambit is looking at doing the conversion - The backdrop makes that car look even cleaner - looks like you could eat off that engine :)
  10. Wotcha and welcome, all sound advice above
  11. Yup no problem with that Sam ☺
  12. Wotcha and welcome. Do love a black motor me, we have a few bike owners on here as well, what do you ride?
  13. Wotcha and welcome Mikey
  14. Use photobucket and post the links. That way you get decent size pics so we can see
  15. Wotcha and welcome Tracy, nothing to add to what has been said. It may well be worth investigating a powerflow type exhaust system particularly if you are looking to keep the vehicle
  16. I can vouch for Black Diamond discs and have used EBC pads - there is another thread on here discussing EBC pads and I know brake discs have been discussed. Are your discs worn at the moment? If not what I would suggest is replace the standard hoses with braided items and a full flush through with Dot5.1 fluid
  17. Contact RichR I believe he is still on the lookout - although I believe he did want a WRX buuuut you never know as it is a really clean example http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/12841-looking-for-wrx/
  18. Wotcha and welcome to the forum - you can always post a thread in the wanted section for parts as sometimes bits from other models will fit :)
  19. Wotcha and welcome!!
  20. Nothing stopping you starting the thread matey - if there is enough of a take up we can sticky it
  21. Wotcha and welcome - we have a few members on here with the new shape - very nice piece of kit - a remap sounds like an ideal first step - dont know about anyything more as Im not certain on the state of the engine internals and what they will take as standard
  22. Here is Bens site - http://www.carbenfibrecreations.co.uk/store/index.php?id_product=660&controller=product and here is a thread created by him so drop him a line - a deal could be possible?? http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/10731-short-notice-carben-fibre-creations-meet-this-weekend-29th-nov-leeds/
