  1. The GX's can look a little basic in areas but most of the pieces in Subarus can change within the year range and as we have seen with a little tinkering can be changed across different models even ;)
  2. hey hey - Thunderbolt and Lightfoot - funny movie ok so this one is a classic so I have put an easy clue - I thought it was hilarious but I do think the lead actor is a comedy genius
  3. £25 is not a lot to know where you stand and then make an informed decision
  4. we have decent food and coffee over here now so its way better than it used to be, we still import a lot of wine and Grappa can be got quite easily, your wife could feel right at home - oh apart from the weather of course :) and we dont do fresh urchins either - which is a shame
  5. Wotcha and welcome - did the interior light flash and did you get the sound when you connected the wires? Does your alarm work ok from the remote?
  6. A little early for my experience unfortunatly but hopefully someone who is familiar with that year can help
  7. Wagonwheels has made several changes to wheels and ride height etc his current Fozzie is a real sleeper http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/2436-what-wheels-are-you-sporting/
  8. Wotcha and welcome - we have had a Fozzie roof rails search before, I dont know about the colour but they come in quite expensive brand new - less from the US for some reason so what I would suggest is to get them off and refurbed / coated in whatever colour you fancy members have done the tinting themselves without too many issues but unfortunately teh quality of cheaper films shows very quickly with peeling and discolouring - recommed either spend more on the kit yourself or get a pro to do the job - they are not as expensive - and the money saved on not buying roof rails could be allocated for that instead ;) Skid plates I dont know about and would be interested in the answer to that one myself although if you browse the forum and check out Farmerpugs latest exploits Fozzies go into and out of hedges not needing a skid plate at all :D
  9. ha ha after some thought juice (and stilton) I remembered - but too late :D
  10. We watched this one as well - big parts for Tom Hanks, cant remember the name though (refusing to google) so will have a glass of port to stimulate the synapses :P
  11. I agree with the wing and bodykit opinions you have buuut it does look like you would have a very individual motor when completed and not afraid to kick up its heels either It will be great to have all these great project threads in one place and we are hopeing that will be along in the very near future. Going to enjoy following this one as well :)

  17. Bad Santa? also for the record - I have only just discovered a humanised series version of the original comic / cartoon Tick - never watched it and so, as yet, dont associate it with any hero status I may have for the orginal (just looking at the stills though it looks pants) :P
