it can do but you are looking at only a small amount - and it becomes a trade off between how much wear internally you are willing to accept against the maximum amount of performance the engine can generate - if you are not racing I would not worry about it

should be the same - still a caliper and piston setup like the others, chock the front wheels and release the brake oh and welcome :)
