  1. Definitely don't have that problem 😳 I actually measured before and after and the difference was 15mm front and less then 10mm back (lower). You couldn't tell by eye and the handling is just so much better I can't stess enough. The sti dampers are easily 3x the thickness of the stock ones
  2. I got myself a set of sti shocks that came from a saloon to my knowledge there's no difference in Impreza wagon sti shocks and saloon sti shocks correct me if I'm wrong.
  3. My wagon was really rolling around so I found a set of sti shocks and springs now it corners flat and great. The difference was night and day. Still plan on getting a 22mm arb also, but bang for buck I'd go for better struts and springs.
  4. Today was a good day got off work early and fitted a supra rear diffuser to my Impreza (some slight modification required) 😉
  5. Damn where about are you guys?
  6. Definitely I'm about 30 mins from Eastbourne and 40 for Brighton don't mind a drive though
  7. Sorry didn't explain myself where my adoptor is to the right are two hard lines the smallest is the vac line and the other is the return. (The factory fuel reg is a right angle) You can just about make out the hose clip to the return in the picture it's under that.
  8. Thanks so many people have been telling me not to paint them gold and that they would look rubbish but it's my car so I thought to hell with it! Haha
  9. Mines also not standard but it goes where the blue adaptor is and the shining new jubilee clip is
  10. Looks good :) I was thinking off going with black wheels nuts.
  11. @Jay762 do you have experience mapping the ESL ecu? If so what would be the general cost of a decent map.
  12. Yeah I'll keep an eye out for one. I'll email them wouldn't mind some extras 😉 (Anti lag) but it will take a couple of months. Car runs and drives still faster then standerd ( as far as the butt dyno can judge) but there's hesitation when boost hits and idles a little rough but that's probably ICV. It made a big difference loosing the factory boost control I never used to hold boost.
  13. Exhaust is a direct fit from salon the only difference major difference ive flounce is the ECU boost map. All the other general mechanics are the same.
  14. Thanks guys for all your great advise I really appreciate being able to pick your brains. This morning a reset my ecu and dropped grey (380) injectors back in and turned down the boost to 10psi. I'm going to have to speak to the people at ESL to see what they offer. Really want to make the most of the vf22 and its hard to find anyone with a similar build.
  15. I'll get a wideband ordered then u can use that to choose my injectors while I save for a ecu and a remap. Looks like low boost for now 😢
  16. Yes it did have greys I changed them so not to run lean. Hmmm I'm unsure what to do I would like to drive it while I wait on a ecu that could be mapped. The car came looking standard then I noticed a vf22 on it.
  17. the esl does seem cheep wouldn't take long to save for one I've just never heard of them I best speak to them see if they can send one with a base map that I could fit. I like to be very hands on with my car.
  18. I was thinking I wasn't too far off a version 2 sti in spec so I was going to wack a z4 ecu in and it might run a bit better then the 3b I have. It was £60 on eBay. I really what a apexi power commander but I shall have to save my pocket money 😉 Just want something so its drivable
  19. 94. Jdm wagon with decat, full fugitsubo exhaust, induction kit,FRP, 340lph pump 440cc yellow top injectors and Manual boost controller set to 12 psi. Trying to get the car to run nicely while I save for a decent ecu.
  20. Hi guys wondered if anyone know which ecu can with the vf22 turbo or which standard Subaru ecu would run it. Curently saveing money for a reprogramable ecu and need something to run the car in the meantime.
  21. Could be fuel pump mine did the same before It seized. Just a thought.
  22. Nice thanks a lot I shall be having a look. 😊
  23. I've been looking into an ecu and it seems difficult for a pre 97 car. Have you any thoughts? I'm not opposed to rewireing the plugs. Thanks for the injector info 😊
  24. Thought I'd add a pic
