Have you fitted a air intake temp sensor? As it gives another parameter to take some of the guess work out of the fuelling map [emoji6] If it's not broke .....upgrade it 😊 Yes done that it is starting to come together now I fue more hours today and should be nailed

Could do the fuel pressure reg getting week iv not seen it happen before but you never know, you would have to put a fuel pressure gauge on to find out

Well got my esl bord today and had a good 2 hours maping she is running good

I was aways told to use as cheap as possible for the first 500 miles preferably a mineral oil as modern oils are to slippery and don't alow the rings to cut the top off the peaks that the honeing leaves behind

Well iv got the bord now time to do some maping

It sounds and looks like The fual map table might be out towards the high load end but there are a lot of things that control fueling

Ok I think I will stick to my td05 for now then, as I like the fact I will take more abuse

Well the 1 I have on the car is the original and the car has only done 50,000 miles

Have a look at the cables that come out the back of the control panel as it should be a direct link to the servo

From what I understand it goes to a pin on the ecu along with I a fue other sensors it could be where thay contact together before thay get to the ecu and i'm not sure where that would be on your car but if all is lost you could put your own ground in

It's most likely the ground that's at fult have you tryed test from the O2 sensor pos to a good ground like the battery

Yes it sounds like you have got a servo or a cable that has snapped depending on wot type of system it is but I have seen the dampers stick before to so try looking at that If it's the same as mine the servo that controls the hot cold is by the passengers feet if you look up from the floor
