  2. All good now buddy, manage to sort it, thanks any way tho!! Loud pipes save lives
  3. Fixed it tonight, swapped lambda sensor back to the old one and hey presto, new one must of been duff Loud pipes save lives
  4. Oh, and the garage tried a maf in but didn't make a difference, that have been through it and can't find a reason for it running the way it is, so I'm going back to the lambda sensors I've fitted, questioning the quality and going to refit the old ones on the off chance the injectors actually fixed the fault but dodgy lambda sensors have introduced and second fault Loud pipes save lives
  5. Idle on a warm engine preferred [emoji16] Cheers [emoji106] Loud pipes save lives
  6. @savagebulldog What would you take from that lambda sensor reading? Loud pipes save lives
  7. Have any of you guys got the torque app and secondly can you screen shot what your lambda sensors are doing on a graph? Think my new one is goosed [emoji85] Loud pipes save lives
  8. Unfortunately not, the joys of living in the middle of nowhere haha Loud pipes save lives
  9. Yeah I tried that lol Unfortunately (possibly fortunately) the car is pretty standard, just DV and cat back blitz nurspec. £150~ for the maf was the cheapest (definitely)genuine item I found. Found a few denso's for £60ish but couldnt confirm they where genuine Loud pipes save lives
  10. Only just seen this, I've put it into a local garage as time restrictions and a poorly child is preventing me from getting this sorted, everything pointing at the mass air flow sensor been duff now, but gonna wait and see what the garage comes up with Loud pipes save lives
  11. **Update** Since doing injectors, CO is down to 0.02(Pass) HC 57(pass) lambda 1.4~(Fail) It's also hunting at idle and what sounds like a misfire when rev are held steady at 2000rpm-2500rpm Loud pipes save lives
  12. Yeah, tanned is behind to the test centre still no luck, even tried it with no air filter in on the off chance Loud pipes save lives
  13. Right guys, Impreza failed it's MOT on emissions. CO fail(high) HC pass Lambda pass Also noticed when your driving and lightly press the throttle there is a missfire sensation. Cleaned throttle body Checked pipe work Had lambda sensors New injectors New spark plugs No fault codes, no engine management light......no fricking idea haha Loud pipes save lives
  14. At least it was a simple fix [emoji106] Loud pipes save lives
  15. Keep us updated [emoji16] Loud pipes save lives
  16. No, I'd go for the one under the bonnet Loud pipes save lives
  17. Cheapest place to start, and with you saying it runs ok, then misfires, then cuts out Loud pipes save lives
  18. Only reason I ask is it could be fuel related, fuel filter blocked Loud pipes save lives
  19. When was last service? Loud pipes save lives
  20. 'kin hell [emoji15] Loud pipes save lives
  21. Oooooooh exciting stuff! Loud pipes save lives
  22. I cant help you in your assumptions but I'd love to catch some one red-handed doing something like this! Really boils my urine Loud pipes save lives
  23. Good news!!!! Happy for you Loud pipes save lives
  24. If it ran since you played with it then there is a good chance it's not that, check the 3 wires on the back are all connected right and have good contact. May be worth at this stage considering taking the starter out and bench testing it to eliminate it completely from the possibly duff category Loud pipes save lives
  25. If it's not even turning over i wouldn't worry about fuel and sparks, I'd be looking at wiring to the starter next personally Loud pipes save lives
