Have you had a look under the car ? I re hung an exhaust on a mount once and it would catch the diff/driveshats when going left as there wasn't enough clearence changed for a longer rubber and it worked

Depends on what conditions ot's in I suppose, saying that people do nick them for the contents maybe take it to local scrappy see what the offer

Standard is around 220 I think depending on how well the car takes to mapping could see upto 50-60bhp increase, and a reasonable torque gain,

How basic do you mean ? A remap will release loads more torque and hp plus you'll get better fuel economy, depends on how much you want to spend, If that's not within budget i'd recomend changing the rubbish oem plastic droplinks front and rear, with some metal ones and maybe a thicker rear anti roll bar to aid turn in

Is it the last of the classic shapes or the bug eye ? Shouldn't make much of a difference. Is it an engine out job ? Trying to think what's in the way

Do you have any circlip pliers ? The ones that open outwards when you squeeze the handles together ? If so you may be able to open them up enough ro engage the thread and turn it out by hand

Anyone got these on their car ? Debating weather to get them on the car at the weekend, Seen a fair few posts on other forums about really bad nvh, seeing as I already have gearbox cross member & pitch stop I can't see it making that much difference ?? Opinions please
