  1. I did it on thread to block, thread to flexi, flexi to tee and both senders, not checked it today but seems ok
  2. Not really, may need a spacer on the front doors to clear the window when down
  3. I know I keep banging on about ptfe, seriously wrap every thread you have and it will be ok
  4. Posted this from UK forester just doing my bit to help reunite the owner with his car 1997 Forester T/tb (J5 TRV) was stolen from my driveway last night. Audacious thieves indeed seeing as the car was parked underneath our bedroom window and we only heard the flat four rumble away when it was too late. Police and insurance now notified. If you could keep your eyes peeled for this distinctive car (black, gold wheels, grey leather interior, automatic, private reg!) in the Bradford, Halifax, Keighley and Skipton area. Much appreciated. http://www.ukforester.com/forums/index.php?/topic/442-My-Forester-stolen-last-night-(06-08-15)
  5. I ended up buying some speakers from halfords due to the impreza ones being daft sizes didn't want to spend loads as had other things that needed doing, think I got some edge for the front and some vibes for tge back came to about 60 quid they don't sound too bad at all, & 100 for the under seat sub, just need to find some tweeters for the boot as they sound rubbish
  6. You forgot synical, grumpy & sometimes bitter [emoji51]
  7. Sd card ?
  8. Video evidence ☺
  9. Ah ok mine just go in the bin, too much junk lying around these days. Don't get these kids who still have last year's festival wristbands on stinking and grubby as hell ?
  10. I'm from pudsey spend my time between beeston and pudsey, i'm green and sliver There's a 'local' ish meet on Monday night down in Sheffield if it tickles your fancy, I did try to get one going in leeds but it died on it's !Removed!
  11. Why didn't you print at home option ?
  12. Hello & welcome another foz in leeds whoop ! ☺ depends what software you want GR in Rotherham will do car berry open source, or there's scooby clinic in Chesterfield, dunc @ racedynamix will drawl to you and if your feeling like a trip Andy forrest in Scotland is one of the best. Also try Richard Henry motors ports in Bradford, they use bob rawle I think. Most of them will advise you change the fuel pump to a stronger unit.
  13. When you say 'not may left' can you divulge the information or pm me ? Don't k ow if silly ****** is coming this time and he's on holiday at the mo
  14. Fook it cocoon in tape get a 14mm & 12mm and do up till solid, mine was so tight I gave up and bought a new adaptor
  15. If you get Co ax you'll loose some of the bass as the door speakers In mine were just mid/sub frequency the tweeters in top of door obviously for top end. I'd have a look at somewhere like caraudiodirect. Co.uk as they do good stuff at good prices
  16. Lol to be honest I murdered the fittings on 1st install up and had no leaks at all in 2 years, this time round I slackened off and forgot to re tighten
  17. Just keep an eye on it mate, is it up as far as it will go on the thread ? I take it it's ptfe'd, I notices after I forgot to tighten the adaptor it just had a slight residue on which when hot dribbled down and looked like a fresh leak but isn't
  18. 1.8 bar @700 rpm 90°c idle obviously getting a better reading now it's installed in the proper location,
  19. It would have forgot i'd slackened the t peice off to rotate to fit the sender and started up [emoji15] didn't notice the leak till I was walking away, cue more ptfe and re tighten of adaptor
  20. I ripped out the door components put Co ax in the doors and I have a small active sub under the passenger's seat, compliments everything nicely just enough to feel it but not loud enough so that people can see/hear
  21. I used to see between 1.4-1.8 warm idle at 675-700 rpm I'll let you know how it reads at the front location later
  22. Oem Head units pants, speakers are even worse, Do you have the tweeters in the top of the door ? If so you'll need a component system, Do you have a budget in mind? You can get pretty decent head units for under a ton just depends on what you wnat from it ? I'd go head and speaker upgrade for around 200 you should get a decent mix of bits
  23. Mines going in this afternoon I hope
  24. The dead wouldn't be able to travel fast enough [emoji12] Fixed coolant dribble, cocooned the sender in thread tape sorted
