  1. Sports cats are about as mot friendly as going in there and slapping the tester across the face, saying that mine wasn't mapped last year and was chucking fuel through the system like it was going out of fashion. You may need to back out the 2nd sensor with an adaptor a but if you do get any error codes you'll be able to possibly remove them with the ssm2 software available on the webs
  2. No idea to be honest as far as I'm aware the ppp was retrofitted anyway, have you seen the engine bay does it have the blue silicone y pipe ? At the end of the day the sti would put out a bit more hp than a ppp kit anyway
  3. Hello, there should be a certificate confirming it's had the prodrive upgrade completed, post up some pics someone may recognise it, I've a link somewhere about the ppp upgrades and lists all the bits fitted Here you go not gospel but gives you an idea http://impreza.co/ppp-subaru-prodrive-performance-pack/
  4. Looking good there mate, have the welcomed in the new century yet by upgrading the playstation in the withing area ?
  5. Roughly start at pool bank garage (vpower) then head up though the lower end of dales up towards hawes stopping for soem food at soem piont, and possibly over buttertubs, pint &**** at tan hill then either towards Masham and cutting back through the dales towards harrogate.
  6. Seeing as the local meets have all but stopped due to the shorter nights, and the new leeds one isn't up and running yet, been speaking to ash about another 'day out' . So provisionally: what do people think about a run out to the dales ? I've a couple of routes in my head and will post up directions in a bit, but the loose idea is meet up, drive to a nice pub for lunch then drive around some more ?
  7. I gave up 2 years ago just trim once a week with some beard trimmers purely because I'm lazy and I'm not in a job that's very customer facing, My dad went from wet shving Every day till he retired, he bought this http://www.shavers.co.uk/product.php?product_id=1330 loves it now can be used wet or dry
  8. He uses a few recognised places taht have dyno or if you live miles away they will 'live road map' it
  9. Hmm i'd say it looks ok, you'd expect cold to read lower than hot,I think when it gets really hit it thins out so much it's almost transparent, somone before me roughed up the end with some emery paper to be able to read it easier by the looks of it
  10. One main thing to consider is I take it you have the 4pots on as standard and are the oem 16" the ones that clear the calipers or a set you've picked up ? If the latter you may have clearence issues
  11. Was gonna say clives your man, right on cue [emoji106] Don't suppose you've a pic of the top of your block to hand Clive ? In my opinion 500 bhp is a comfortable ceiling for a daily driver/road based machine otherwise you'll be in danger of loosing your licence ever time you go out, I imagine it would be a little Lagg to say the least them all hell is gonna break loose before you know it you'll be into three figures
  12. If you have a look between the alternator and the top of the block it will have some hatch markings on it I'll try to dig out a pic, I presume if it's already running that power it should be or at least pinned. I presume the rebore has taken the capacity beyond the standard 2l ?
  13. Hi makes sense, Do you have any dyno graphs of what it's putting out at the mo ? I presume it's a closed deck block ?
  14. Should be fine depending on location of 02 sensors, just make sure you get a decat pipe with the boss in for the sensor
  15. No problems takes a lot for me to log into fb, done !
  16. Might be better off posting up all the bits and what you want for them, may save a lot of time and answering people's questions etc, anyway shame to see it being broken but good luck with the sale
  17. Usually cosmetic clues give an import away but it's not always the case
  18. May be slightly illegal, effective though, do what the old dear does, big water gun and sprays cats etc that try and !Removed! everywhere dig up her garden, they soon learn
  19. Or buy a massive dog and let it out whenever the others are on your property, all the dogs I've kept have always been cleaned up after, I can't believe people these days wouldn't look after them, slightly OT but the worst people are the ones who let the dogs off the lead in public places, where it either says dogs must be on a lead or there are small children around, it's alright them saying 'oh my dogs good with kids etc'butbtahts not the point, anyone who's met me will have seen the damage my own dog causes me, A couple of years ago I had a really anti social dog who didn't like other dogs so the other owners only had themselves to blame when I'd have ago when it came sniffing
