  1. Why can't I see your text ?
  2. it's a company called borla That do them, seen some of there stuff on mx5's sounded ok and quality looked half decent. Just had a check and they retail in the states for $500 ish so about 350 plus shipping. The unequal length headders are wahts used to extract the exhaust gasses from the engine to the exhaust, as the subaru is a flat 4 engine layout the manifold comes out either side of the block as you look at it with the turbo cars one side is shorter tban the other to take into account the route to the turbo. With the n/a cars this isn't needed so they come out and go into a y shape to the cats and the 2 sides are the same length. So no throb from the exhaust but equal length have smother gas extraction so in theory better bhp Sorry if this os teaching you to suck eggs :-D
  3. Yeah mate, essiest way is to come past elland road and take the next junction of m621 it brings you to a set of lights and hafrauds is on the left [emoji16] Sent from my SM-T210 using Tapatalk
  4. You won't get the burble as the sport has equal length headers so you'd need to change them 1st Sent from my SM-T210 using Tapatalk

The forester sti had different wheels maybe worth gogling nd seeing what offset the were, although I thing the suspension is different too, I'm off to relieve the first xv I see of it's wheels, cant bring myslef to part with that much money [emoji20] 466 is the cheapest if found from the states so that doesn't include shipping or tax, dont think I could get away with ticking the 'gift' section on the customs declaration Sent from my SM-T210 using Tapatalk
  8. You'll need spacers and they may rub on the rear struts, been looking at putting some 17" impreza wheels on mine and thats the info that came back when I asked [emoji20] Sent from my SM-T210 using Tapatalk

Lol there are gauges that do two or more functions. I have a boost/oil pressure combo led gauge. Think sav has one that does about 4 things
  17. stants replied to snaill88's topic in Subaru Impreza Club
Why not get a dual read out gauge ?
  18. stants replied to snaill88's topic in Subaru Impreza Club
I wouldn't lilke to as it would be a pain everyoil change, plus the senders are about two inches long so thats another thing to bear in mind every time you go off road. And thirdly I'm not sure how accurate the reading would be. As tlag says you can get adaptors that sit between the oil filter and engine. Heres a pic of when I installed mine
  19. 21ish mpg round town 32mpg motorway driving :-)
  20. stants replied to snaill88's topic in Subaru Impreza Club
Oil temp gauge runs off the same place so you could fit both at once and save yourself a job :-)

Again the bay will be cheaper for the adapter. For some reason it chopped my last post off. I went for the no3 plug it's just inbetween the intercooler and throttlebody. I have a pic aomewhere to
  22. stants replied to snaill88's topic in Subaru Impreza Club
You'll need ome of these for the rear plug. http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=68&products_id=1591d epends how good you are with the spanners I put mine in the plug on top of no3 just remove the intercooler and prepare for a lot of fiddleing.
  23. Been reading about this and people have said beware of a small strip of metal attached to the inside of the door card, it seems that it's still attached even after you've unclipped and uncrewed everything else
  24. Your lucky mate, I take it yours is the drop in cartridge type ? I have to buy the whole !Removed! assembly at nearly 300 bits. I'd go genuine dealer part for the sake of a ton. All ways a bit unsure of parts so cheap. I think they are a generic 'type' so unsure of how good they'd work anyway
  25. stants replied to snaill88's topic in Subaru Impreza Club
Take your time and have patience, have you decided where your going to locate the oil pressure sender ? If so what type of thread does it have npt/bsp ? you may need an adapter if your going to attach it directly to the block. Theres not much room either. Boost gauge will be easy in comparison, I'd have a meter of new vac line to replace any tired old stuff, theres a good chance it will split anyway
