Been keeping an eye on the os rear shock as the botrom of the strut has been getting dangerously close to the top of the tyre. Decided to measure the ride height of each corner and its all over the place so shopping for a full set of shocks and springs tonight :-D

Do the other lights work ? Have you checked the parking light switch on top of the steering column

The o/s front looks a bit wrong where the bonnet meets the light cluster. Not noted in the bad bits. And where the seller says I'll do the test drive as it's a fast car, screams walk away from it. What exactly are you going to learn about the drive if your not driving. ? I recon it's had a front end collision at some point. Do you have a multi meter ? Check to see if they are live 1st if so maybe worth chopping the ends off and wiring them up. I take it the head unit has 4 channels out ?

Have you checked the expansion bottle from cold ? Should be half full and when hot should be ober the top line, do yiu get warm air out of the vents, if everythings fine I wouldn't pull the heads apart just yet as it's an engine out job at some places. Maybe it's an airlock, they are notoriously hard to bleed properly.

To be fair I was talking to a non driver the other day and they were telling me a daily bus ticket is nearly a fiver and weekly about thirty quid. Not having to pay for parking in town I'm more than happy to put 25-30 quid in a week for my commute, drive where I want and with who I want :-D

I'm the same so around 70miles round town. Put 40quid in on sunday and did 163miles of rush hour driving this week through townand on dual carriageway managed a heady 26mpg :-D

No worries, I looks like it sits towards the rear of the gear box and plugs in if you have access to a ramp maybe worth seeing if its damaged or has become loose. It's a little brown plug. It's a plug and play part so I'm sure if it gets worse and you can get it you could prob change it yourself

Searching around the webs found that it could be linked to your neutral saftey switch or what ever that is ? I'll keep digging for you
