You'll be looking at between 500-600 for the daughterboard and map or software licence and map, always painful the 1st time you do it, obviously subsequent tweaks to the map (if needed or desired) would be a lot cheaper

Cambelt 5 years or 100k so I'd see if they'd do it as part of the sale.
As for engine issues they suffered from Ringland issues but there was a recall for a map adjustment, but depends on how it been looked after I've seen engines go at 30k but others are still going strong well over 100k

Are you buying new or used ?
If outside warranty then a good independent will be at least half the price of dealer.
Rough idea
Major service 400
Minor 100
Cambelt 350-400

Going for some more power then [emoji23]
Looks like a good start what kind of build you going for ?
Sparky was building one, started on the exterior with lots of tasty carbon, but was involved in a pretty large prang

Good customer service though, I have some track ryder springs on mine,
I'd see what rates they do may be able to specify something a little softer ?
Was speaking to someone who has them on his Wrx and I says the rears are something like 6kgm where as most other brands are between 4/5kgm

Depends on age and area you live in too, most of the major insurance companies won't give favourable quotes to us
Try smaller brokers like sky insurance, Mark Richards, Keith micheals, and Adrian flux

Depends mate, Misses wants something she can learn to drive in so that limits my options, could always keep it and strip it it to the most random track car ever
