Sf 1st gen 97-02 sg 02-05 ? Sh05-08 etc, I got lucky with mine, found it down in Southampton and did a straight swap for my mx5. As with any 20 year old car she's needed a few bits, suspension 6 months later and a clutch last month, the rest has been cosmetic, done about 130thousand and apart from the exterior being a bit tatty (hail damage) I can't fault it, my local garage says that the underside is better than most 10 year old blobs &older bugs, she was imported in 2007 so has a part to play but the chap I got her off looked after it well Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

It applies to one policy so you can't have more than one car on standard policy, you'd have to look at somewhere like admiral, but they wouldn't insure a subaru last time I checked, same with direct line as mine has an exhaust that's not standard they won't touch it ?? Hello & welcome, you may need to bench bleed the master cylinder to expell all the air if it's entered the system. Pain in the backside but it's the only way really to make sure. Hello & welcome OK the only differences are, suspension is stiffer at the rear to accommodate the extra weight over the impreza and the exhaust is slightly longer. Being jdm the ratios in the box and diffs are different but if you had to the entire lot can be swapped for uk running gear, You've already got bigger wheels so 4 pots and 294mm discs will bolt straight up. The rear arb is pathetic so I'd change it out for something thicker from an impreza.
