April 9, 20169 yr Hi All, Thought i would start a progress/project thread. I like doing these as it keeps a track of my progress and also some people may enjoy looking at them. Well im new to Jap and new to scoobys for the past 7 years ive had renaultsports mainly clios and last 2 i had megane 225. My last car before i bought the impreza bought it standard and then sold it running a healthy 272hp and 280lb/ft torque. Loved that car but i wanted an impreza since i was a kid so thought now was the chance to jump ship. Car came up local to me and car seemed to check out ok and the rest is history so to speak. Its a Subaru Impreza blobeye wrx 2003 with Prodrive Pack Anyway my previous car when i bought it When it was mapped My previous car when i sold it My new car when i bought it Only had the car around a month and started doing a few mods already: Changed Oil and filter/pollen filter and air filter for green cotton one New afterburner backbox and running decat New strut brace Put the recirc valve back on Just had my coilovers fitted but still need to adjust the rear so haven’t got any great pics at the moment Fresh new number plates New front lower grill Pink Sti badge Subaru Boot Mat Debadge Ive got sti fog covers coming and front splitter aswell. And im having a stage 2 clutch being put in Tuesday. Also received red horns. From what i can see car needs wheels refurbed and i want some decent rubber aswell. Then hopefully getting a new VF35 turbo and pink injectors and then new fuel pump and then new map. ]
April 11, 20169 yr Author Had my coilovers adjusted im happy with the height now. also had my splitter fitted
April 12, 20169 yr Author New stage 2 competition clutch fitted today at scoobyworld. taking it easy now to bed it in nearly stalled a few times lol
April 16, 20169 yr Author New vf35 turbo and pink injectors arrived. Not looking at mapping just yet but plan to in the future
May 11, 20169 yr Looking good! Could you tell me what the lower grill you have is, and did you fit the lip spoiler? If so what one did you go for?

May 13, 20169 yr Author Had my coilovers adjusted at front as it was nose diving a bit to make it more even across the car. perfect now and just clears road humps with still the stance i want. ordered new private plate aswell S26 OOB Also ticked over the bed in clutch 500 mileage phase since installed
September 20, 20169 yr Author Bought some perrin wings, had another oil change, rear tow eye and new front brake pads and discs. also just picked up new sti scoop as last 2 photos show

October 15, 20169 yr Loving the mods! How did you mount your front plate? Is it just 3M tape?? Mine has the tape on then they've bolted it in and its pulled it down at a stupid angle nearly pulling the tape off, it looks crap! I was a bit worried about just taping it on in case it comes off!
October 15, 20169 yr loving the car i seen that they are the same coilovers as i just put on what is the ride height front and back please and is it very hard drive like that looks amazing tho cheers shaggy

Its just normal tape cleaned the area and where the small bit sticks out put decent tape on all that and stuck it on. Intially thought same as you it would come off but its solid on front now
