  1. Andy builds engines for them, from standard to forged engines so he knows his stuff. I aint on fb but North East Subaru Forum is fb orientated now. He is well known on there. NESF its abbreviated as.
  2. Personally id get a company to do a good machine polish as most if not all the scratches will come out. Then take it from there. Vinyl wrap might be best bet for around £1000-1200

  10. The bloke who owns hydrotek is called Chris Pringle. Unsure of his prices but can dip anything from a Xbox remote to alloys. I want a inlet manifold dipping but going to mexico next month has dampened that lol. Looking good mate. What does the cylinder brace achieve?
  11. No its not but if its drinking gallons your best off getting it looked at to see if it is rich/lean. Think of the fuel money if its drinking it. Could be nothing wrong with it and maybe the outside temp doing it.
  12. That white hatch at goodwood has a Hydrotek sticker on the window! That company is around 7 mile from me. They do hydro dipping or water transfer printing. Really clever aswel. Nice pics btw aswel. Canny little rite up about the mods.
  13. Have you had it remapped after you took cats off? Will be running very rich i would imagine.
  14. I reckon it will be the speed sensor switch on gearbox. They have like a nylon tip on and wear down. But iv just chucked another “could be this” into your troubles, so id start with simple things. Speed sensor wasn’t that expensive for my bug anyhow from ICP. Savage, bugs do have idle control valve. Located down from throttle body.
  15. Take coils out and crank the car over and see if there is a spark from each coil. Obviously you will need to make sure they hit something metal and keep your fingers out the way
  16. Does it have a resistor pill in? Should be in the vacuum pipe on actuator.
  17. Hello all, this seems to be abit of a I know/dont know kind of thing. few things ive read about resistor pill sizes on what model/year impreza should have all seem to be different. My bugeye wrx is a 2001 and ive read that a 0.9 pill should be in then other pages say 1.2 should. My car aint stock so im led to believe the pill will need adjusting from standard to whatever size. Im sure the car has been mapped as it wouldnt run well with Sti intercooler, VF turbo, pink injectors and a air filter and turbo back exhaust. So, soes anyone have any kind of info as to what size should be in it? Cheers
  18. They might of lost it and couldn’t find it and probably not needed anyhow. See what they say.
  19. Looks to be a part from the fuse box to me.

  24. To get the orange from the light you have to place them in the oven to separate the lights. Remove the orange and seal them up. Few youtube vids how to do it. She doesn’t have a rear diffuser just the front splitter and rear spats. Front splitter is nice and subtle. Rare Rims.co.uk are pretty good for studs
