Cusco brake master cylinder brace - 2016 WRX STi
Nice bit of kit ;) . Any feed back on this ? I've been thinking about getting one as its ment to firm up the brake feel nicely . Also its supposed to stop it ripping it's self of the bulkhead which I believe is a common issue with the Impreza especially with hard track use Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk

Unbelievable 😩
Any proper garage / builder would do this for you anyway As for oil starvation a snapped oil pick up is much more likely than a seized pump unless you dropped all your oil somewhere Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk

2016 WRX STi boost ?
I always drive mine in sport then sport # when giving it some I mode is rubbish imo you feel so disconnected from the car. Now I've got the ecutek soft wear on the car I now use the si drive to switch between maps much easier than playing around with the cruse control , just a quick twist and it's done much better. S mode 360 hp then s# I get full power and flat shift. That's the advantage of the throttle by wire Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk

Panel filter
That's a good idea before when I've had a K.n drop in it did come oiled this was over 5years ago tho , Also thought that a filter like k.n had to be oiled to work effectively?? Look on the scooby world site they have a wide selection . Of dry drop ins e.g hks, piper cross , cosworth and others Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk

Gearbox choice

08 impreza wrx hatch help required!!!!!!
I would just go for the simple mods first and get a good map by a good tuner you would be surprised the difference to the driving experience just a map can make , it's not all about figures it's about power delivery and driving experience. You could quite easily have a 280 bhp set up really well , be quicker and nicer to drive than a 300 bhp car that is not tuned so well Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk

Tidgy's project Type R
Could be the heads indeed, I'm not sure on the exact specs of the turbo in mine to see how it compares to yours, just didnt expect such a difference between the two. When I had mine mapped I was restricted buy the intercooler to 1.5bar and he struggled to get consistent pulls out of it , because after 5k the stock intercooler was basically useless at that level of tune lol mj said once I get a bigger cooler take it back and he can put some more ignition into it and should easily see 400hp . I've now got the mishimoto tmic on their I want to get a few more things like a short ram and maybe a cat back , a 3 port boost control solenoid and uprated recirc. Was hopping to go up in January , but just found out i need new brakes alround and a few bushes , prob be Feb by the time it gets done . should be a more fair comparison, as you have got a few more mods than me. That is big torque for 400hp tho in a light type r body too you need to think about some wider rubber ;) Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk

Tidgy's project Type R
Your running syvecs and oversized valves that could explain the huge torque interested to see what boost you're running, boost makes torque ;) Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
