  1. Lol just remberd I forgot to get back to you Saturday the wether was so bad didn't really fancy going out init tbh . If you could give me like a days notice for when you wana meet it would be much better for me Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  2. Well if that was the spec I would expect it to fail again and no tuner worth talking of uses drop in Pistons haha that's the spec if you want to bodge and sell Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  3. Tidgy is clearly a bit out of touch on this for a proper build by a specialist your looking at over 5k to get it done properly ! because you don't want drop ins your car will sound like a machine gun lol and if your doing the rest you need to do bearings other wise it will fail prematurely . Also the oil pic up and then water pump and oil pump all belts and seals Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  4. Not really much anyone can say it's all true Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  5. As above but you can give it part load upto 4K help bed in the rings and stuff but not sport# even half throttle you will feel it coming in , but also its ridiculous to go from driving safely for 1000 miles then start kicking it in the head so to speak , so you want to work upto it gradually . It's these vital first couple of K that can dictate how good or reliable you engine will be . Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  6. You wana feel boost put it in sport # take it upto about 3k in 2nd then foot to the floor . If you don't get pinned then I would be worried lol Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  7. Lol that's why I mode is a waste of time and never gives you more that 50% throttle I find it's actually less efficient in i mode too unless I have the cruse control on the motor way doing 60 Alan Jeffries didn't have anything good to say about it either when we spoke about it . I think the common opinion on i mode is its crap lol Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  8. Did you have it in sport# Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  9. thats where my car got cocked up Surrey rolling road is fine because normally tuners just hire it out . All depends who did the work for you really . What happened ? . Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  10. Why do you think you need another dyno run doing has it been mapped ? . . Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  11. Run will start at prob 1700rpm on all dyno's, just never shown on the graph cos its pointless on a turbo car. That makes sense Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  12. Your power and torque should cross at 5252 rpm and yours crosses much before that something doesn't seam right Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  13. What does the bp 101 at bottom of the graph relate too anyone know because I alway thought it was octain of fuel lol don't know why . Because on mine it says 98.3 and tidgys 98.4 but this one 101 quite a bit of difference :/ Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  14. Lol they're starting the run from far too low in the rev range too never seen a scooby start that low before :/ Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  15. Jd modified looking at the dyno Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  16. Yes your curves just don't look right compared to mine but I have prob got a few more mods . If your up by Heathrow RCM isn't that far really Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  17. Batteries in the fob and car battery I would change first it's getting to that time of year where batteries are starting to get a bit tired Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  18. If you can only get 97 that's fine but I would recommend a map for the fuel you are using, that would ensure reliability it's just I know on mine it says on the filler 98 octane only, which is great as we dont have 98 over here. Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  19. It all about the ethanol content and loads of this but bp and shell make the fuel to a certain grade for their pumps whereas asda have no idea what's in the fuel they're selling you . Do you not remember a few years ago asda had a bad batch with a weird additive in that ruined everyone's lambas and cats p> Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  20. I think the problem with supermarket fuel is consistency as its bought on price , whereas if you buy v power or bp you know it should be the same every time Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  21. I'm reading the thread on the Gtr forum now lol it's basically full of uncertainty but apparently shell still officially state it's 99 Ron mainly just speculation on there tbh http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/399578-shell-v-power-not-99-octane.html#/topics/399578?_k=bakviz Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  22. Nope defiantly nitro + I'm sure I read a similar thread and they came to the conclusion it was no longer 99 , also shell don't advertise it as 99 anymore and on their website it says nothing of the octane rating , not that it really matters great fuel non the less Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  23. I assumed it was common knowledge , have you not realised it hasn't got 99 in the name or anywhere on the pump anymore I believe it's closer to 98 now Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  24. I allways thought you couldn't get fogs on sti , I know on blobs fogs are not even an option except on wr1s Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  25. Has wrx bumper [emoji52] Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
