  1. looks good .. Welder!! Now that's a bold move Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  2. Lol well back to the point all you really need is hawk sti turbo ( other turbos are available lol ) , injectors and a bigger pump and you should be able to run 350 easy , now you've got that intercooler ;) Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  3. Check to see if it has an uprated filter or a oe one I would assume they would change it if it had the upgrade , also I would have thought somewhere in your paper work it should say Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  4. Pffff £1000 just for a generic reflash / map I know pro r used to do the scooby approved upgrades on the hatch and 2012 sedan didn't they do a 320 and 340 pack I can't remember now, Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  5. I have a secondary air pump in my garage if you want it although I would recommend removing the egr system completely these air pumps have been know to catch fire Subaru have just issued a recall on them Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  6. Your totally missing my point . I'm actoualy crying with laughter at your ignorance, I never said they were identical I was showing an example of what is available also you can't see the compressor wheel in the pics I posted :/ so how you came to that conclusion I don't know lol . I put your hostility don't to frustration, that you've had your head up clinics !Removed! for so long you've lost all logic and reason ! Clinic only brag about it being their turbo because they're one of if not the only uk distributors of Blouch. they may well spec the turbos but to think they are exclusive to clinic is just naive . it only because they've change the name so you don't know , and brand it as their own, im quite sure all the sc range can be bought from Blouch or another retailer under a different name for less money, because what parts do clinic manufacture? None ? So they come out the factory like that. engine tuner specd my mamba it doesn't say mamba on it anywhere. That doesn't mean they designed the dam thing they could write a thread on scooby net too saying why they chose different things , and why things are different they could even post some figures of development , doesn't mean I can't ring mamba and get a 2871 to exact same spec for Cheeper . . Pow ! pow ! pow ! that me firing off again in case you were wondering Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  7. I'm unsure what you think clinic do so magical clinic do nothing to them, apart from post them to people clinic spec cheep sell at ridiculous mark up, because you can buy any Blouch you like online considerably Cheeper too .. Here are some , better spec than clinic too . that's a 400 hp turbo with a Mitsubishi core This one is the most well know dominator with a garret core 470hp turbo , And this one is a tdo6 hybrid with a garret core a 440 + hp turbo, they also look a lot better too and this is just a small sample of the Blouch turbos available, I fail to see how they could even be modified to be better because they do everything from factory .. Maybe you would like to shed some light on this as you seem to know so much about the scooby clinic range Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  8. Ahhh yes I remember him saying about he was waiting for a company to resolve an issue with a turbo he used to supply, he now specs the MDX555 turbo using coated turbine housing and 11 blade billet wheel £1794 which is a turbo dynamics turbo , and looks a very good turbo has all the extras . the mamba turbo I believe is supposed to engine tuner own brand turbo now, like Blouch and clinic , it is apparently built to they're spec and doesn't say mamba on them anywhere , so they have some sort of arrangement with them . although I'm sceptical when tuners say this how much different it really is to the regular ones on the shelf . Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  9. I've had the engine tuner gtx2871 has an 11blade billet wheel and uprated ceramic ball bearings had it on for a year now really punchy and pulls to redline, when I spoke about turbos I went for that instead of the md321 unsure of name , only because of price , Alan did say the Bloch would do the same job but didn't recommend them as he says the md was a superior turbo for the same or lesser price, but the mamba was about 1k instead of over 1500 it was a no brainer for me at the time as already well over my budget, I'm unsure what the t36 is but I asume it's a mamba ? When I spoke to Alan about them this time last year he assured me it was a quality turbo as I had my reservations about them and I said to him strait I don't wana pay 1k for a pile of !Removed! that going to fail and he assured me it wouldn't. And they are all independently balanced in a factory in Germany after being manufactured. And carry a 2year warranty . I've not heard of the oil problem tbh but I know they changed a water return or feed pipe on they're Gtx range to help prevent the coolant boiling in the pick up, but I was saying to Mike the other day the turbo I have is great and it does exactly what I requested from engine tuner and that was for it to be super responsive and 400bhp can't argue because that's exactly what it does i lt spools instantly the low down is extreme but now I wish I went the next size up for that raw rip your face off at the high rpm , but I spose we can't have it all lol Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  10. The scooby clinic turbos are just Blouch dominator but without the sexy black coating and lesser specked then they put their name on it and charge your more ,, true story , same as RCM and a few other tuners too your best of getting one from lateral performance they quite often have a deal on ;) or get an Ihi vf sti turbo second hand I'm sure breakers yards will be full of them it will do exactly what you want for a fraction of price Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  11. Also i like to drive mine in the auto - mode on the Dccd seams to feel more direct Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  12. I mode is useless drive it in normal sport it's nowhere near the same as sport# but it's defo much nicer to drive, I allways have mine in sport . in I mode it just feels dead Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  13. Do you still have a cat ? Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  14. Hmm not good sounds like you need a new lambda has it been moved atall or isit still in the stock location ? Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  15. Haha yes life goes on . I'm running a 3 inch front half with a standard 2.5 centre section and prodrive back box would be interesting to compare the readings when I eventually get a 3" lol Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  16. Haha yes you know you love it ;) Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  17. Yes I second that I'm not convinced a 2.5 would produce more torque on a turbo car the less back pressure, the quicker the turbo will spool quicker therefore producing more lowdown torque Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  18. You wana run on vpower or tesco 99 like you said in the hand book it says 98 Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  19. Try unplugging the maf it will throw a code but just see how it runs Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  20. It should say what engine it's for in the add. You want one for an ej20 Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  21. A remap would be recommended to maximise any gains you may get but from what I'm aware your good for about 330lbft I'm not sure maybe more , on the factory 5 speed I don't see an exhaust pushing you over that , also your tuner should be able to tune appropriately within the tolerances of the gear box Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  22. You have the rear light overlays too .. Makes me wana do mine Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  23. It could be your maf Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  24. Yes getting the block honed properly and larger diameter head studs with a closed deck insert is the only real way to do it. "Properly" I would personally never use drop ins unless the engine is brand new , and it will prob still sound like a machine gun afterwards Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
  25. I think I've got about one more attemp left in me, Why don't you tell me when to come over, give me an address and then hopefully we can put this whole sorry saga to bed, or if you really don't wanna or can't be bothered then just say [emoji106] Lol I will give ya a text ;) Sent from my Nokia 3310 using Tapatalk
