  1. Gotta wait for the producer to edit it but once I get a copy I'll post it up . Ebo (the UK grime artist) seemed impressed with my old school scooby . Don't think his mate in the fmic audi was too happy .... I told him mine was standard and he wanted to do a proppa 1/4 run with his 290 hp a3 . "I'll win cos my audi is lighter blud" Should've seen the look on his face when i rinsed him good n proppa 😁
  2. Dash cams are so last year .... What you want is £60k worth of professional camera strapped to your bonnet while upsetting skyline' s,audis, beemers and a s14 on a airfield run way [emoji23]
  3. Today i be mostly using the scooby in a hip hop music video [emoji41]
  4. Think when the ying sing ditchfinders (nexens) on the back of mine need replacing ,I'll chuck a couple of firestone firehawks on to match the fronts . As they seem to be a good all round tyre and after about 8k on my coilover'd classic they don't seem to show much scrub on the edges yet . Dunno how they'd fair on a newage though.
  5. Nothing that a new gator and a call to Alyn at asperformance can't fix 😁 Seeing as the rear bushes needed replacement and I always tend to upgrade the parts i replace i ended up with some t2 uprated discs ,a whiteline anti lift kit (to replace the rear bushes) and thought I might as well buy uprated superpro front wishbone bushes to match
  6. Also been having a bit of uneven braking and have tracked it down to the front discs being pitted on the inner surfaces. So I got the scoob up on axle stands to give it a check over . Just as well as i found a steering rack gator split and a slight bit of play on the rear drivers side front wishbone bush 😕
  7. Been quite busy with diy lately ,so haven't had much time to do anything on the scooby [emoji57] Did fit the samco heater matrix hoses before I went to cars on the green with my local club scooby city. It was proppa hot on the day and I didn't take many pics but here's the few i did take of our stand.
  8. Have you tested to see if it's got power to the plug ? Could possibly have had the fuse pulled if the previous owner had disconnected it ? Can't really help too much, as my aircon pump ,rad and pipework was 1 of the first things I removed on my 94 sti
  9. Yeah Luke at import car parts sometimes has them in stock . Ignore stant's he has sausages for fingers not dyslexicia 🤣
  10. Think most on here in that area use Martin at Sheffield subaru services
  11. Was supposed to laying block paving but got a bit side tracked when my scoob had a friend round to play . Guess I'd better fit my new front discs then lol
  12. First pic is anthracite 2nd pic is Ford polar black (which is gloss black with a slight green, red and gold metallic fleck ) 3rd pic shows the flecks . I changed from the original Rota anthracite colour as the wheels looked a bit "lost in the arches" and you couldn't see the detail in them
  13. I think matt at mbdevelopments will probably have 1 in stock , he's a reliable online seller . I think You can also get them "mapped out " without affecting mot ect . But maybe 1 of the newage boys can confirm.
  14. Driveway is finally finished ,so the scoob is back [emoji41] strangely enough a box from Alyn at asperformance turned up this morning , well I had to buy her a little something to welcome her home [emoji23]
  15. Where's the dislike button [emoji107] I'm sure you'll be back with boost n burble withdrawal at some point Alex
  16. Mine is a lightweight v1sti and I only do 4k per year , so dunno if they'll suit your driving needs as much as mine . Even set quite soft (10 clicks outta 32) but they're still slightly harsher than the previous elbaich pro springs beforehand. @Rps the whiteline arb ,droplinks and roll center correction kit complement the coilovers..... The crappy roads and speed bumps complement the mrs mods [emoji23] And tbh sometimes , they're bit two distracting [emoji39]
  17. Coilovers ftw....... especially if (like me) you've paid £4k for the mrs to get new bigger air bags (@@) and want to get the most outta her mods when she wearing low cut summer tops [emoji23] On a serious note try to find someone thats already fitted coilovers to a hawk and get them to take you for a spin . So you can try before you buy [emoji6]
  18. As long as you use the springs over the new bolts it will be fine fella [emoji106] The springs help the downpipe joint flex a bit while keeping the conical fire ring gasket sealed [emoji6]
  19. Well for the sake of some zorst gaskets , fit the cat back and take it for a drive up a steep hill to see if it's lost or gained hp/torque. Rather than take my uneducated guess for gospel 😉
  20. Main things that will increase power on a na engine is uprated cams and head "flow " work . But tbh it would probably be cheaper to buy a low pressure supercharger .Or obviously save up till you can afford to run a turbo version . Unsure if a bigger bore /free flowing cat back would make you loose much power on its own . As the downpipe /cat would still cause a restriction but coupled with a free flowing air filter it would probably be a "de tune"
  21. stant's fozzy was a jdm turbo version that was modded and mapped ,so not such a good idea . it's "resting in peices " now 😕 On the other hand ..... I think His current n.a. Ford focarse unfortunately has under ponies 🤐
  22. My driveway is still not finished , scoobs still parked up round the in laws [emoji57] Starting to miss boost n burble big time , can't wait to see this view again, its been 10 days n 3 hrs and I feel like I've lost a family member lol .
  23. Momo ,At least your reliable sport made it to last year's japshow finale ..... A kayzar [emoji55] [emoji8] And this year you'd give stants a (1/4 mile) run for his money in his focarse [emoji23]
  24. It's about 2hrs drive for me so I normally drive up early sunday morning . Don't think I'd get away with a full weekend especially taking the daily driver with me .
  25. Well we've got plenty of time to get the cars ready and bribe the other halves. I've already laid a patio and currently getting the driveway done ... So definitely deserve a bit of play time [emoji6] Would be nice to put a few faces to user names /scoobs , especially of the core active members [emoji41]
