  1. I rarely see 300 miles per tank from my Outback - are we saying a newage impreza wrx is more frugal?
  2. Can you post some details or links to the car - may help us to advise you
  3. Import car parts will help you Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. The wife is at work until 2, which has left me in the dangerous position of continuing with this. Already having to reign myself back in from thinking how I could possibly do it. She will not be happy with me lol
  5. Perving at a red hawk wrx [emoji7] lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. A price always helps [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Just bagged a cheap set of used alloys for some new winter rubber later this year
  8. Probably means you could get it for 15...good luck, whichever way you jump and do let us know [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Subaru should have the code - were able to give me mine when I got it serviced (by me) for the first time. I just asked; they just gave me it - simples. All they should need is your VIN number
  10. I got 33mpg over the 6 months I had mine - Jan-Jul. When I got it serviced and the oil replaced with a good quality 5/40 fully synthetic, I gained about an extra 2 mpg straight away. My engine had 136k on it by the time I traded it in but ran as smoothly and quietly as an enigine with only 36k on it. Just check that it's been serviced regularly, had the cam belt replaced (at least once) and is generally well looked-after
  11. I was talking about the 2.0x forester Phil Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Nice looking motor...welcome [emoji106] What's the exhaust you have on there? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Try import car parts Phil - I've just replaced both of my Outback rear wheel hubs with one's from them. They are based in County Durham but have a website you can order through
  14. I'd be interested in the Forester alloys but the tyres would be of no use to me. I'm after a set of wheels to mount some new winter rubber too. The price I'm prepared to offer would reflect that, so not sure if you'd be interested in a low offer or not? Please let me know.
  15. I had one of these...a great car. With it having the awp it will have heated front seats and large sunroof too. If it has a full history it should be fairly trouble free. Not super quick but pulls nicely if you drop it down a gear Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Forester Alloys are in good condition. Paintwork is good - if you look really closely you can see a few minor imperfections, one has a slight nick out of the back edge of one of the spokes but balances up ok. One of the tyres will need replacing (nearly down to indicators & has shoulder wear) but the other 4 have a good bit of life in them - will measure and confirm depths. Thank you [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Is there much life left in those yokos and what condition are the alloys in please? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
