  5. Just found these chaps, so thought I'd do a quick post. Never used them before, but I know there isn't any other Scooby dealers or garages in the area. http://www.autotecnica-subaru.co.uk/default.asp
  6. yeah it looks really nice. :)
  7. So Jonny, If the accident is not your fault, then you can argue to high heaven that they should repair the car? I thought, they could just write it off and give you a crappy payment?
  8. yea looks nice mate, i think there is a "mightymods" youtube video for the XV. Will try and dig it out. correction, its for a Forester XT on a different note, you could get a nice mesh grill http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281125032480?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I'd quite like to go, I presume you can go just to look at the other cars? you don't need to show your own?
  14. nice motor mate, looks good :)
  15. I've seen quite a few scoobies around the NE though, someone has a white XV in the Middlesbrough area, not sure who it is though. But occasionally, do see a few scoobs. Always seems to be when I'm in someone else's car though.
  16. Peterlee mate,
  17. I don't know much about car insurance, but can you not buy it back from the insurance coy? Then repair it back up? Or am I missing the point?
  18. Tom :) Regional county/Borough/District: Co Durham, Car Model: Legacy 2.0R Any Mods: Does Spoiler Count? :) Picture: Do we have any other NE regional members?
  19. I aint touched my scooby today, although, i was shocked when I saw the neighbors kids washing his scooby outback with a single bucket and kitchen sponges!
  20. if anyone else is interested, the seller i bought my spoiler from is selling another. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Subaru-Legacy-Saloon-Boot-Spoiler-Painted-DARK-GREEN-Geniune-Subaru-Accessory/201057373592?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222006%26algo%3DSIC.FITP%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D22094%26meid%3D6272019677844834956%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D9625%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D191081354854 will probably require repainting etc etc, but a pretty good price for a genuine scooby part.
  21. yeah looks nice bud :) I never thought I'd be into cars. Always been more of a sport guy, or a techie. But I'm really enjoying this scooby hobby! I got another "that's a nice car" comment today :D
  22. thanks chaps, will try and get a look at them before I buy. Another job on the to do list. :)
  23. yeah, they felt so much smoother than the cheap ones! Infact, i think the previous owner had the wrong sizes on lol.
  24. lol sorted... they kinda hook on in some way... but the PIAA wipers seem very good, although, they just click on... anyone could walk by and have them off within a less than a minute...
  25. -.- I'm being a complete moron, but I bought some PIAA wipers for my legacy. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231187616020?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 I'm being a complete moron, but I can't even remove the stock ones. I tried to read the manual, but all it shows is a rubbish picture. Any ideas? Also, they have sent a 24inch and an 18inch. That seem to be alot bigger than my current stock/cheap ones. Seems a little odd. any ideas? thanks in advance,
