  1. I'm not going to search the web for you mate :D but here's one I saw recently. I'm sure I saw one on here and also on ebay. http://bbs.scoobynet.com/subaru-parts-451/1002677-s600bym-reg-for-sale.html
  2. What are you looking for mate? I quite frequently see subaru related reg numbers coming up on the Scoobie forum classifieds if that's any help.
  3. Mpg

    I do mostly motorway so I get 30-34mpg in a standard 2004 blob...depending how I drive :)
  4. Perhaps you need to switch cars with her every month :) It does surprise me they said that...but then again I've never had a car I didn't take over 3k frequently. Even my Pug309D work horse went over that every time I took it out.
  5. Download tapatalk and use that mate...makes it very easy :)
  6. I call BS, they need a slap. What does your wife drive? And what car would have that kind of problem F40 diesel?
  7. I've seen Matty (breakers) sell the whole door (minus internal card) for £30. So I'd suggest going the easy option and get a new door... MB developments Unit 3 Addenbrook street Darlaston Ws10 8hj call or tx for quicker reply 07785942237
  8. It did take focused rubbing. Not sure if you should do that but it didn't damage the paintwork
  9. Further thought...Most high street ins companies don't like mods. But you should be fine if it was factory fitted and you have the cert. It would be worth asking them whether they would insure a car with PPP fitted later.
  10. Wouldn't have thought it would be much more. Give you ins co a call they'll give you a price in a few mins. You dont need reg number or anything just tell them the model. Ask em for a STI as well, just for comparisons :d
  11. Great to hear you identified the problem :) I use tapatalk.
  12. Very nice looking car. Lovely colour. Do like the colour of those wheels :) I'd suggest full service from a specialist too...and include belt change (for price of mind)if it's due or you have no proof one has been done recently.
  13. Funny enough I had white paint speckles over the side of my car too...i didn't notice it when I bought it so think it happened at my house or in a car park. I've removed most of it with Clay.
  14. Yea, and u can use it on bikes...but you only get 10%
  15. Yea it's a pain but prob save you money and hassle later. Does take a bit of patience unfortunately. Good luck mate
  16. The guy inmy store said they were new and he hadn't seen one before. He did the calc on his calculator then scanned it it. No hassle with using it though. Fella was happy doing it.
  17. It's an interesting one...someone has gone to a lot of effort if it's not, seats, plaques etc. I'd do as Jay said and phone. Would make no difference to me as it's a really nice car...just be interesting to know [emoji4]
  18. I'd walk away mate. Plenty of cars out there [emoji3]
  19. I didn't say it was chavvy...people I've talked to said it was...mainly cos it doesn't improve performance and some say it actually damages you engine..so it's fitted for purely cosmetic reasons, just for the trip to the mac Donald's drive thru. Again, mate not my view :d Have you got the same setting as your mate? You can usually set them to full vent, 50-50, full recirc or a variant between. Perhaps you have it on full vent?
  20. Only real reason to fit one is for the noises you mention...so if you weren't expecting the noise why did you fit it? Scoobs are designed for full recirc so if you dump it's not that good for your engine. I love the sound myself although some see it as cavvy :d
  21. Very good skill to have. Well worth practicing and perfecting
  22. Well you might be ok once you settle down a bit lol [emoji16] I was into 25-40 year old classics...then I bought new. This is the first second hand car I've owned for 20 years! Must say I'm loving the tinkering. Can't stop fiddling around with it [emoji3]
  23. I've got pagid I think...but I don't drive my car track day hard on the road so don't think I can recommend. While you have it up you might want to check they are working properly. Although mine had a mot and service the week before I bought it they weren't fully operational. One of the pots was jammed on both fronts
  24. When I got mine the guy before had fitted cheap !Removed! Chinese tires to get it through the mot so yours could have done the same...or he could have just been a tight !Removed! :d
