Yea they do look a lot better with those. I had the big geeky looking ones....I think a Merc had similar at the time

I've had a bug and now have a blob. I bought the bug new in 2001. I didn't like the look but it drive like a dream for the 6 odd years I owned it. The drive more than made up for the looks...but now the blob is available :)

Thanks mate. Yes, I'm under no delusion that it'll give me more bhp or make my car run smoother. I'd just like a little more noise without listening to it all day long. I think I'll just look for a second hand one. I don't think I can justify £300 for something I may get annoyed with and replace with standard anyway. Do you know what model you have Aucky?

My mrs is the same...when I'm in the car..,if I tell her there's a pot hole coming she'll snap back at me that she knows. If I don't point it out she drives straight into it and has a go at me. When I'm in the car I only let her drive now when I'm !Removed! and don't care lol.

They're great. I remember the trend of sticking Sierra cossie whale fin (?) on everything..used to make me laugh everytime I saw one

Just got mine mapped by Duncan and I'm happy. He has a diary on his website if you want to see his comings and goings -
No, cheap if you buy 9 of them! :) Ps I wouldn't buy one...I'd go for my mildly cheap mildy expensive möbius :D

I use a möbius, it's typically used for model plane, gyro copter etc flying. So it's quite small, good quality, can take a bump and is £60. I've got it setup so I turn ignition on and it turns on and records. You can take stills etc too with it

Yea I know it's just paying out the £300 for a great noise only to discover it makes my car run rough... And I should have thought about it before my remap on Friday
