Recirculating dump valve
Recirc has less lag. The car doesn't waste it all sending it to the atmosphere. You built up that boost. Keep hold of it. GFB are a good compromise.

Dark Souls 3
Didn't get a read of the book. Got coaxed on by a buddy. I did grab a clip of a random enemy disappearing through a ceiling.

Wrx waytey
Gearbox and internals will need changing at that sort of figure too. Wrx 5 speed box are prone to going pop over 350ftlb. Internals 350hp. Not that it's a straight line rule but the higher you push it the less reliability you have.

Max boost 32 bit DBW Newage ECU
I see you say it hasn't been mapped yet? Or it has been mapped and then you added more parts? Want to make sure I've got all the details right before throwing random advice around.

Strange boosting hold back
I haven't taken anything of yet. I'm away from 6am-7:30pm weekdays. As far as spending my money...gearbox first. Then we will see how much more I can get away with. Would be nice to have baffle plate and pick up. I'll try to cans first. See if that helps.

Strange boosting hold back
There always is a little bit in there. Rcm even told me there will be a little bit. Now that@Stants has Guinea pigged the catch can I'll jump on the bandwagon.

Strange boosting hold back
Called rcm about baffle plates and catch cans, when I told them why they also agreed that some oil most have got up in the boost system. Advised me to bin the silicon boost pipe and use some reinforced rubber pipe like fuel line. Apparently it doesn't let the oil sit so well. I'll be stripping the boost pipe system and giving it all a good clean.

Strange boosting hold back
I had a chat with savage and he explained to me on the long corners it may have taken a bit of oil into the tmic. Looking at baffle plate now.

We see the 370z get brought in and in our briefing we got told you were all warned about the damp conditions but he gunned it and went into the out wall. It is £30 for 20 minutes at rockingham.

Strange boosting hold back
Right, bit of a strange one to me. Had a blast round silverstone at japfest and noticed an issue with boost. Going to add a picture of the track to help explain My issue seemed to occur in 3rd gear on the exit of Beckett's and 4th gear coming out of woodcote. I had a couple of leisurely laps to get me warmed up and used to the track, the car was already up to temperature but wanted to let the tmic cool a bit. Once I was happy I went for a good fly about while grinning like a Cheshire cat. Unfortunately my fun was spoiled when the car didn't feel like it wanted to boost when applying the gas on the exits. It would get to about 0.6bar and felt like it was holding back. I'd have to let off the gas get straight and then gun it again. No issues when straight. Full throttle and full boost all the way. Once it hit that low boost it didn't matter if I applied more throttle or not it would just hold back until I let off and got flat. Don't feel like I've explained that to well but any help will be appreciated. Few bits of extra info: It had just over half a tank of fuel. It wasn't boost cut it would just seem to hold revs/boost until I let off and got flat. No CEL came up during or after it happening. Air filter and plugs were replaced within 500 miles of trackday. No detrimental signs since. I've pushed it on way home from silverstone and it done everything it should. Good luck!

How much is it for how long? We got lucky at silverstone. We got red flagged on the first lap but they sent us round again. Then got red flagged about 5 laps in and they still sent everyone out for a third time.

Help Required If Possible
Sounds like an air leak. Check all boost pipes are connected and not split. Check any jubilee clips on intake pipes. Have a good look around and stick your ear under the bonnet, give her a rev then try to pinpoint the hiss.

I don't pay for my oil so it just gets topped up every so often.

Once Matt sends me some of his snaps I'll upload them for viewing. I don't think the old girl is best pleased with me though... Box oil. She's in soon now.

Japfest Silverstone 24th April 2016
It was a good day. Had a nice walk about and managed to spend no money at the traders. Managed to get on track for a bit. Got red flagged straight away as soon as the pace car pulled in first time but they kindly sent us round again. I got 4-5 laps in before another red flag. Again, they allowed us to go back out but I'd had my fun. The car didn't like long right handers. I'll make a separate topic about that to try and work out why.

water loss, on 2.5 sti
If hg has gone between exhaust and coolant the tell tale sign would be bubbles in over flow or using a sniff test to check if the coolant contains gases.

water loss, on 2.5 sti
Be careful with kseal and other branded sealants. They may fill the leak but the can also clog up the smaller pipes.
