  1. Prob because you have crazy admin powers or something. Thank you that looks like its done the trick can now turn emails off for everything apart from P.M. Thank you :-D

  8. That is what I was saying about damaging your shocks but that said I have a friend running these springs and loves them with no problems. I would look at less of a drop myself but I tend to always take the safe less fun option.
  9. Ok shall see what people are doing but will prob just done Sunday again as its a pain to sort out the dogs over night and stuff. -- I make Films for businesses and people. I also make websites.

  11. Thanks, good to know so not amazing but an improvement for the money. I still haven't made my mind up I know what I want but as with most things what I want and what I can afford is different things. -- I make Films for businesses and people. I also make websites.
  12. I was looking at one of these myself. http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=228 -- I make Films for businesses and people. I also make websites.
  13. A local guy to me has fitted Tien springs they cost about £130 and make the car look amazing he says the handling is also improved by them. I have been in to minds with springs as they are meant to be bad for your shocks and ware them out quicker. Obviously if your going to fit coilovers anyway I guess killing your shocks doesn't matter. You can get some good coilovers for the hatch for about £700-£1000 so not to bad but more than I have to spend at the moment. I am thinking about going to Scoobyworld and getting a handling pack done as they fit everything and set it up for you. I was this close to ordering some springs but have stopped myself until after the car has been remapped as that will be the decider to if I keep this car long term or upgrade in a few years. So from what I have read putting springs on stock shocks is not the best idea however I know lots of people who do it without problems so hard to say. I would expect any lowing of the car will help with handling as the centre of gravity is closer to the road. However coilovers would give you better handling. I am also worried about how harsh a ride you get with springs. I know coilovers are hard but depending what you get can be set softer and tightened up how you want them. Last thing when working out cost of any suspension mods add the cost of an aliment set up as in most cases it will be out.
  14. We have enough people and performance cars surely we can have a life of crime and be rich like the guys in fast and furious..... -- I make Films for businesses and people. I also make websites.
  15. Nothing really would need 12 people to make it happen. Would prob wait until the wether picks up but if people are interested let me know and if we get 12 or more we can sort out dates. -- I make Films for businesses and people. I also make websites.
  16. It's just buying stuff direct from China. The misses uses it. Not bad if you don't mind buying from China and waiting weeks-months for deliveries. -- I make Films for businesses and people. I also make websites.

  21. Anyone know what power is lost to having a 100 cell cat vs a full decat? would it be a lot? Dont really want a full de-cat if I can avoid it, want to keep the car road legal. But also dont want to lose loads of power for no reason. Thanks Alex
  22. That's good to know from someone running about the same power I would expect from mine. Will be getting remap done next month so once I am happy with the power level of the car will be looking into lpg as an option. Can not get it in my village but have seen it not far away about 60p so very tempting. -- I make Films for businesses and people. I also make websites.
