Depends on budget but as a compromise i would suggest a long life stainless option built for your motor that way you can specify volume

as above custom map - irrespective of peak power - will imporve the driveability of the car

Yup standard lights do have room for improvement - looks good

certainly wont be bored - stick with it as it may just be a simple fix - I would change the BOV as suggested

Should be a straight swop however dependant on your wheel width you may feel a little bit of lateral movement when cornering with the tyre wall not being upright if the tyre is wider than the wheel. I felt it going from 205's to 235's a few years back
