  2. That is not in front of driver so ok, must admit i thought the driver and screen thing only related to in dash tv / dvd units not satnav or camera screens?
  3. oh dear this could get silly - I have found one in Russia and one in France - but I really like the look of that 22b of yours also
  4. eeee I have just found a Gobstopper diecast model !!! :D
  5. not as nice - wheels arn't right :P will set up some search filters as I didnt even know they did them
  6. never had issues with mine - as it is both motors defective there may be a relay between the fuse and the motors that has failed
  7. oooohhhhh I like that - where did you get it?
  8. Mate gutted for and can completely empathise with austerity measures and a couple of curve balls - had my own challenges in the last couple of years However on the positive side - you know where we are and your contribution will always be welcome and when things turn around you may have the opportunity to fill the gap ;)
  9. Wotcha and welcome - as suggested get some photos up, that could help??
  10. Wotcha and welcome - that is a mint example - all my dad had was a rusting morris van - not the cool round one the white square thing - all I did was road test it enough to require a head job - burnt a bit of oil due to the odd valve being bent and not seating properly
  11. Thanks for sharing Andy that will probably help someone else out in the future. PS hope you dont mind I edited the title to reflect the fault in order to help others find it
  12. I would have them chum but things have only just turned a corner - I am watching the thread though ;)
  13. Wotcha and welcome - it does look like they have done a great job with your motor
  14. I had no issues with the 2.5l hatch, Subaru assured me that the PPP 330bhp it was running was within the tolerance and lean fuelling that had allegedly contributed to the ringland failure had been addressed with the map taking it from the 296 to 330. I would have no issues with getting another 2.5l hawk or shark
  15. That is great to hear - looking forward to seeing the results :)
  16. not had that experience :D
  17. yup alloy refurb is a good investment as it makes the car look so much better - but also highlights areas for a bit of detailing attention on the bodywork :D dependant on where you are in Shropshire I had my wheels refurbed a place in Tipton, they did a top job at a reasonable price http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/2892-wheel-refurb-before-after-smartcare-tipton/
  18. Wotcha and welcome - feel free to get stuck with the forum, a friendly bunch on here and if you have any photos we do like a piccy :)
  19. Wotcha and welcome, sounds like a limit switch issue
  20. Fingers crossed for you chum keep us posted!
