It's been done... roof wrapped :)
I like it - looks like a top job, when you take some more shots can you get one including the bonnet so you see the contrast ;)

other cars......
That is cool - vw scirrocos (the V2) with the factory GTX bodykits and spoiler and s13 200sx's evoke fond memories although the scirroco was grossly underpowered and the steering wheel was too low for spirited driving as you kept banging your knees with your hands but with koni shocks, eibach springs and antiroll bars it handled like a go kart :P

Front Towing Eye
mine has a screw in loop in the lower spoiler on the drivers side - there are also two strap down loops underneath the car left and right side. If I were you given the cost etc hire a trailer and tow it back on that- you will probably know someone with a van or 4x4 that can tow it

Save 5p per litre on V-Power Nitro+ fuel at Shell
Onto third tank of this now and the ave consumption has gone from an indicated 18.8 - 19.3 to 20.4 - 21.0 so I am getting more mpg - this is purely urban running at the moment haven't had to complete a long journey yet

Young blood
Wotcha and welcome - That is a smart motor at 21 I had a Mk1 Astra 1.2 so really don't feel bad
-
sorry i'm being lazy questions !
as long as it has been sat on a level surface checking when cold is fine. As you have a turbo I would go fully synthetic opie oils back up now - recommending 5w-30 fully synth http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-680-1-us-quart-0946-litre.aspx

For those keeping the faith with the latest legacy
Wotcha and welcome - I dont think there is a legacy model quite as new as that on here although I would say be careful to protect your windscreen as there is a member on here currently suffering with a crack as the 11 model he has is too new for the suppliers!

Mudflaps

WRX STi 330S vs. WRX STi Type UK
If the PPP hasn't been been added it isnt a Type UK as that is the difference between a standard WRX STI running circa 300BHP and the 330 of the Type UK. The cars wouldnt have automatically had the update - I am not aware of any issues wrt post 2010 cars although if I owned one I would do the same to get the extras anyway and peace of mind but also unless it is a 330 or a Cosworth they will not be running that much BHP. If you are looking at spirited driving as well as a remap you should seriously consider an uprated oil pump and sump baffle to keep the oil in the right place at the right pressure

WRX STi 330S vs. WRX STi Type UK
As above plus statement from Subaru http://www.honestjohn.co.uk/news/legal--motoring-advice/2010-10/subaru-issues-statement-on-impreza-and-forester-25-litre-engines/ I intend to get the mapping on mine done as a just in case plus all of the good stuff like launch control, flat foot shifting, down shift blip - fly by wire throttles are very exciting :P

1998 WRX JDM Clockspring
been looking at something else and discovered that Morgans still have a dash mounted horn switch so it must be ok

1998 WRX JDM Clockspring
as long as you have a button that can be operated from the drivers seat ie on steering wheel or end of stalk it will pass - I dont think dash mounted counts
