  1. Camshaft location bracket
  2. Wotcha and welcome - I don't but maybe someone will be along in a bit with something suitable
  3. it might just need a bit of penetrating oil on the mechanism, as it is the most used motor it may just have a little too much friction for the motor to deal with.
  4. wow that really is unacceptable - also does show what a moron the guy actually is as stated before it is easy to get his address through paypal
  5. I don't think that would stop the car as you are driving along - maybe to have it run lumpy or not on all cylinders but I believe your problem is common to the whole engine, a sensor defective somewhere that has killed the engine but as you are returning zero EML faults I, as suggested, would rule out the immobiliser first
  6. Wotcha and welcome ;)
  7. useful to know will watch out for that pillock
  8. Wotcha and welcome, sounds like someone has fitted it to mimic race / rally style setup, probably when they installed an uprated fuel pump
  9. Yep, really like the colour, nice!
  10. I preferred this ;)
  11. Wotcha and welcome - that is a really tidy example
  12. must admit I'm stumped you have fuel and a spark - after it cut out whilst driving - only thing I can think of is a split tube somewhere leaking all the good stuff before it gets to the chambers
  13. So I remember all of these but I was inspired by this ;) giving it stacks in a rear wheel drive coupe and kids on bikes wayhay http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFlmEznsr2w
  14. Wotcha and welcome - there are a few choice items about, dependant on budget, Simon's is a particularly nice example ahem if you like black of course ;) but it is worth the wait to get the right car for yourself.
  15. Wotcha and welcome ;)

  19. Subaru has a history of what is termed as badge reengineering, the saab 95 which came out that was a Subaru, Toyota Camry's being built at the Subaru plant in the states, they have multiple stakeholders which until quite recently included GM. I didnt realise just how many people have fingers in the Subaru pie
  20. I dont think you will have a problem with an STI TM intercooler, the engine layouts appear to be consistent throughout the range banging that turbo on though carries a serious smile risk so be careful ;)
  21. Spoiler and splitter are the way to go, agree with Pete go for the detail over respray unless you are going for a completely different colour ;)
  22. ahem - of course that has never happened to me either :D
