Tried to 3 photos up from tinypic but said I wasnt allowed....dont know what happened or why
hmmm - that shouldn't be an issue at all - the majority of photos uploaded to threads are from hosted sites.
could you upload them directly to the gallery whilst we have a look at the issue?
By the sounds of it I don't think your current car will ever measure up to your last one, spend the minimum on it to make it tolerable on a day to day basis and take time hunting for the one which will put the smile back on your face.
Sounds like you have a full big bore straight through system with very little in the way of silencing.
Try the back box only first and see how you get on with it from then
you can get a PPP backbox from these chaps

it depends on the system, some have a different diameter bore in which case you could get a joining sleeve made up, also you would need to check alignment of the system to back box - it is certainly not out of the question though.
What make is the exhaust as there are stainless options out there which don't have a high volume - Prodrive for instance make a sports stainless backbox which is not too loud
Some of the threads do take on a mind of their own - in a good way, but when it comes to a specific subject or question if there hasn't been a thread created about it previously its good to start another as it may be of help to someone else in the future.
Also you can start a new thread and put a link to a previous thread if it is related to but not answering your question etc in the first post if you don't fancy posting in the original thread.
As Gambit has said this forum has a relaxed approach and we are very much aiming to promote a friendly, inclusive place.
If there are some issues with not being able to see threads in a particular section please drop us a PM or create a thread about it as the site sometimes has some teething issues
thats great to hear - any chance of a final photo showing exactly how you have it plumbed in??
the engineer in me now wants to know why it doesn't work at the other places and why it didn't work the first time it was connected at the blue point - will have a tinker when I get my own B)
ok so does it work fine in all 3 (green blue etc) positions or just one place when in i mode if so which one?
my next question after is going to be where you took the supply from - did you put in a designated feed with its own fuse etc or have you taken a pick up from the loom behind dash?
Wotcha and welcome - keep shopping around for the best quote, they do vary quite a bit and as Gambit says if it has been chipped it would be good if it has some paperwork to prove it- if not you could ask the sales person how they can prove it is what they say it is
Wotcha and welcome -
It would probably depend largely on your budget and what type of rally stages you plan on doing, gravel, sand, mud etc Reiger, Ohlins, Bilstein and Sachs all do great products though
Good luck buddy - dont forget your camera ;)
as Gambit says measure lots and big deep breath... remember it is easier to cut a little more off after than put a bit back on so err on the side of less :D
