  4. ditto Gambits advice I would go with fully synthetic for your car
  5. clear here at the moment so...put engine back in frame of bike (6 speed gearbox transplant) clean the spark plugs on the crossers get them ready for an outing and then wash the car
  6. Not as expensive as Honda or Toyota about the same as Mazda, slightly more than Nissan for the bits I have looked at so far
  7. Wotcha and welcome - had a similar moment myself, was never a fan but have now seen the light!! :)
  8. Wotcha and welcome :)
  9. You can get the DPF cleaned as it sounds like you have done before then use an additive to ensure it doesn't block up again, I had the same issue with my turbo diesel van - cured with BG products now I use the BG additive in the diesel every time I fill up, that cost was 300 euros including a service plus the cost of the bottle of additive (about 12 euros) You can get the DPF removed completely here in UK but I don't know how the Spanish emission laws differ and if you can have it done there. Here is just one example http://abchiptuning.co.uk/services/dpf-removal
  10. Wotcha and welcome Kev :)
  11. he strikes me more of a Bovril user
  12. there is a reason for that - tolerances are not as tight as they used to be its all going a bit slack, a little fluid leakage here and there and the undercarriage has something as yet unidentified attached, don't know if its rust, rot or mange
  13. throw in a fish supper + bottle of newkie brown - sorted ;)
  14. Brilliant - something for the weekend sir? :)
  15. Running Conti Sport Contact 2's will probably go SP3's when it comes to change In the past I have run Yoko 509's and 510's which were great but had 503's as standard on my Mazda and they were rubbish, little grip in dry worse in the wet and wear rate was high still. Have also run Toyo Proxes T1R's before the conti's, they were very good but the conti's have a better feel in the wet. I wouldn't have an issue running Falkens ran Hankooks in the past and they were ok

  18. looking good!! - the light on my rear spoiler is held by two philips head screws at the back then just slid forward - needed a mirror to see them and a small 1' screwdriver to get to them
