Alternator question
assuming its what im thinking of the smart charging thing is a pita, its known to fail, did on mine. There is a bypass mod that can be done (what mine had), not sure what it entails though im afraid as clinic did it for me.

part needed - 23950AA030 air-con bracket 3.0 BP
might be worth calling direct to see, they don't have every parts listed. Have you tried a subaru dealer parts department? might take a while but might be able to get one

my usual go to is importcarparts, could try there. Yeah its a fairly quiet forum, like most nowadays in truth. Still active, people pop in and out :)

Upgrade Oil Pump
Don't buy any upgrade parts from ebay unless you are getting know brands or from a proper known specialist who just uses it for an online shop. Especially critical components like the oil pump, you get what you pay for.

EE20 EURO 4 TO EURO 5 SWAP
Did you swap the ecu? The imobiliser used to be linked with the ecu and the keys on the older models. so if the ecu was swapped the keys wont work the immobiliser. Could it be something like that?

1994 GC8 V1 Impreza turbo (Jdm)
tbh ive seen walbro look different even with different brands that are just rebrands lol but it does look like the codes match this one, https://www.glencoeltd.co.uk/ti-automotive-fuel-pumps-walbro/ti-automotive-walbro-255-lph-in-tank-motorsport-fuel-pumps/ boost gauge will go negative at idle, have you changed the engine bay fuel filter? Whats rpm is it trying to idle at? tbh sounds like you need to get it to a specialist and see what they can find.

Car immobiliser issue
The alarm system and immobiliser are two different systems and it sounds like you have an immobiliser fault. It's not unheard of for keys to unpair from the system due to age, but if both keys worked and now they dont i would lean toward the immobiliser rather than the keys as id be surprised if two depaired at the same time. Something to note, after 30 seconds of unlocking the car the immobiliser kicks in if you havnt started it. you need to turn the ignition on, then press the unlock button again to turn it off again. you may know that already but i thought better to mention it just in case you didnt and wasnt actualy anything wrong.

Subaru just beat everyone (in the US)
they where well aware of what they were doing sadly, i know of meetings that happened a years ago that they just ignore what they were told. Lets just say subaru UK themselves could have had a p25 years ago if they just said yes.

Oil Level Warning Light
Welcome to sods law. It knew, i'm telling you it knew!!!!! lol At least no big bill for now I'd keep an eye on your oil level by checking it regularly just in case the sensor is on the way out and that nothing funky is going on

Subaru just beat everyone (in the US)
Sad thing is it really shows how bad subaru UK is/was when info like this shows up.

Power steering oil cooler - Impreza2000
So done some digging, apparently they are like rocking horse poo now and in reality do very little so just tend to be removed and just bypassed.

Power steering oil cooler - Impreza2000

2013 XV Diesel battery going flat.
Could be its not getting charged correctly or there could be a drain, do you have anywhere that offers free battery checks local? they should be able to check if the alternator is working correctly.
-
Oil Level Warning Light
hot or cold can change the level a bit, but if its dipping correctly then theres obviously oil there :D where ya taking it to out of interest?
-
Oil Level Warning Light
If the oil level is physically fine sounds like it may be a sensor issue, def get it to a specialist to check out whats going on.

Power steering oil cooler - Impreza2000

Have you tired the usual importcarparts?

Coolant mystery
Sounds like a headgasket issue :( The reason for the overheating after 1500 rpm is its prob failed next to the turbo, so as soon as turbo builds boost it forces air through the weak point. I would get a sniff test done as a staring point. Hope I'm wrong, but sounds like very typical symptoms :(
