  1. Me and a mate looked into getting one of them, I think they were around £500.
  2. I like it, changes the look completely :)
  3. Welcome along, the air con cap you should be able to get from any scrap yard as it's a standard part for air con. It's a pale blue colour off the top.
  4. Oh and I also, got 5ltrs of Bilt Hamber Autowheel cleaner. That was £60 inc del eek!
  5. The car is being prepped by the rally team in America. They are also doing all the development of the new car for the rallies there, no more Prodrive involvement, not aware of anyone this side of the pond doing development on the new car.
  6. As good news as this is, it's a shame it's all Subaru America putting this on. Subaru UK don't seem to give a toss about the new car.
  7. Wish in one hand, **** in the other see. See which fill up 1st.

  8. Oops my bad :) think I gonna have to get my !Removed! in gear to make the 6:45 meet.

  10. Just treated myself and the car to some Poorboys Black Hole Glaze, Nattys Blue Car Wax. http://www.perfectlycleaned.co.uk/poorboys-black-hole-glaze-nattys-blue-car-wax--2-x-pads--microfibre-cloths-1130-p.asp Bit silly as I just spent £30 on some G3 professional wax last weekend :D
  11. Welcome along, any pics of the car? This is a good forum, very friendly and a bit mad :)
  12. 6:45 is way too early for me to get to reading services. I was aiming to get to castle Combe for around 9am so I'll be leaving at about 7am. Hitting Reading services around 8ish.
  13. Depending on your journey. Town driving without booting it all the time I can get about 21mpg, motorway that goes up to 26mpg I think been a while since I did a long motorway journey. A full tank for me is about £75. That will last me just over 230 miles town driving. Seeing as kne is an STI I can't see you having a prob with 200. Miles for £50. Just keep a jerry can handy :)
  14. Washed, polished, protected and waxed. Started at 10 finished about 6. Started of sorting a few scratches out with G3 scratch remover. Bilt Hamber snow foam, Autoglym shampoo & Bilt Hamber auto wheel cleaner. Can't beat a good Chamois leather. Autoglym polish Autoglym super gloss protector G3 wax. Spent half much of each stage making sure I'd got all the polish and wax out of the shut lines and where the bumpers meet the body. Just aswell I've got about 15 microfibre clothes :). My back is killing me!!
  15. Get wheels of the grounD give them a good tug, shake and wobble. Any play will be down to worn bushes.
  16. Ah I reckon it's warped discs then, if you haven't replaced them.
  17. To me that normally indicates wheels out of balance, but as you've had them balanced the next thing I would check would be all the bushes for wear and tear.
  18. Welcome to the club pretty sure that someone will know the answer. Pics would be good we all like a bit of an ogle now and then :)
  19. Agree with the gimp :p check the switch 1st.
  20. Surely the dealer who took the car in for sale did an HPI check? We used to check all 2nd hand cars when I worked for a rover dealership back in the day.
  21. heres thier facebook page. Might be worth getting in touch to see if they have any record of work done. https://www.facebook.com/bhp.developments
  22. Get some Bilt Hamber auto wheel cleaner, it's the best stuff I've ever used. http://www.bilthamber.com/auto-wheel-1 This is me cleaning my wheels.
