I'm with tidgy on this, normal load I see 02 bar upwards on the slightest of acceleration above 1500rpm. What type of boost gauge have you got & where have you teed into ? Could be a gauge issue ?

Depends on what size you buy, some will go in and others will need a spacer ring to allow the windows to clear when down

Only heard good things about surrey scoobies, a few members on here use them so if they are giving advice/possible upgrade path you should be in good hands, cosworth are dry filters so need changing at service intervals, where as k&n etc are oiled, which can play havoc with the maf sensor, people tend to stay away from then unless they are going maf less

255l fuel pump is worthwhile if your going to map just to be on the safe side, don't want it leaning off too much under boost, for the sake of 80-100 quid it's a worthwhile safety measure
