  5. Dunno mate, could just be playing up with the heat and what not, I'll have a proper look later on, yeah I'm away at end of Sept so need it doing before then as I can't be breaking down Hahah Just a thought, could it be down to the clutch being so worn not releasing properly etc ? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  6. Car died on me sat in traffic on way home ?? Just watched the idle drop lower amd lower till it cut out, Started up again fine and got home with no more dramas. Off to interrogate it when it's cooled &check battery voltage loose pipes etc. On another note looks like the clutch is on the way out, smells when giving it the beans and Is very jumpy in traffic [emoji35] Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  7. Have the shocks been changed at all ? Seems very odd for it to be so far out with no explanation, everything under the car straight etc ? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  8. It's all lies I don't have any they look like stock bolts to me, maybe he was getting confused by the toe in out bolts Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  9. Hmm interesting, my alignment guy said I had a set of bolts in the rear,i'm off to check now haha Seems a bit odd that the foz may have them and classic wouldn't Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  10. G.E.A.R.S in Liverpool are supposed to be good there's also Howard in Hebden Bridge i think it's called h.d.c will dig out link Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  11. Depends do you know if it's ever been changed ? I know you can't add one type to another as it changes into a jelly, I did a rad change a while back, my independent said use the longlife stuff as it doesn't contain silicates which apparently eat away the water pump impellor blades, So I flushed it with a hose pipe and filled up with the o.a.t longlife. Touch wood it's been ok for 6 months the only thing I've noticed is it reacts with the air and goes furry one of my pipes was loose now I have an orange beard on it ? I keep the leftover mix in the boot but I only have to top up once in a blue moon. Have you looked at the waterless coolants available, more expensive but supposed to be good Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  12. I wouldn't worry about the size I prefer my hoodies baggy so if gambits was l it will be fine as I'm I bit skinner than he is Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  13. Roughly how large are the large hoodies ? Saw gambits one the other day but didn't ask. Also would the soc hoodies be available in royal blue with yellow print or does it not come through that well ? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  14. True, when will we know by ? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  15. I can'can't fault the pedders kit I have on mine, it actually increased the ride height as the rears had collapsed that much [emoji15] if it's a like for like swap I can't see the ins company ramping up the premium Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  16. Rough idea on who's camping ? Boots were you able to camp in the club stand ? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  17. Haha how do you even make that work ? Never understood the whole 'stance' & vw euro thing Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  18. Front Middle Mid towards diff Rear Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  19. Lol I know I've just done the front calipers for same reason, My bushes are origional (18years) so it should be ok, my guess is the bolt has been put back in and not aligned properly, good luck & let us know how you get on Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  20. I'm.on it mate, off to take some pics Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  21. If the suspensions been changed or any works been done to the rear of the car the bolts will have been removed, and you need a geo set up again so maybe someone did something and didn't get it re aligned after, The camber bolts are on the lower strut leg by the hub, it's a possibility they didn't know about it, who did you take it to ? As you have seen it's only a cam on the bolt so I'd go back to the garage and ask them to have another look You'll notice a difference in handling and you should get better tyre wear too with a correct set up Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  22. Dogmas no longer active and i've no idea about the other two posters
  23. This is true dave although by all accounts this is the 2nd time in a year it's up for sale, so maybe people don't get it or have accrued too many points, 360bhp &nearly 400ftlbs or torque gets you from a to b very quickly indeed Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  24. When parked up does it look like a dog scraping it's bum along the floor Or look visibly lower at the back ? If so then it's more than likely shot, I can't remember what the hub to arch clearence should be maybe 660 mm at the rear at least. Could always gently lift the rear of the car buy the arch nd let go see how much it sags, also a reasonable indication Although mine didn't have sls units my shocks were dead, so I stuck on the pedders lowering kit, dropped by a couple of inches, still enough to be able take it down dirt tracks etc with confidence of not grounding out but the handling and look of the car increased dramatically. Another good value for money upgrade is to ditch the rear arb as it's useless and go to a 20 or 22mm bar with solid metal droplinks and bin off the crappy plastic ones. Turn in is vastly improved Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  25. Thought I'd recognised it. It affectionately named "the hearse' owned by somone on UK foz sold last year but was wearing private plates and different wheels Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
