Yes mate the dipstick for the gearbox is also for the front diff, it's a combined unit, it also acts as the fill up hole for the box oil ! Rear diff you'll have to undo the top nut on the backside of the diff as you look at it from the rear, should be just about level with the hole if the levels correct

Yes you will need a map ideally as the turbo will possibly be over spooling due to the gasses flowing quicker Plus you'll end up with eml codes being thrown up which won't be able to remove without mapping
