is this a wise modification path?
Go for quicker spool, got to think will you be runing into 5-6k rev range on the road regularly or would you want it to get there faster without the need to be smashing it everwhere ?

knocking going over bumps
Most likely be the droplinks (rubbish design) or anti roll bar bushes, could even be the suspension top mounts, but I'd doubt it, I've changed pretty much everything for new bushes etc and still get a dull thud/clunk from time to time,
-

impreza variant?
Yeah 2.5 is standard, there's one in the downpipe and one in a 2nd pipe then mid section and backbox unless it's been modified already
-
impreza variant?
Should do, are you going for just the downpipe both cats deleted or Just one ? Just make sure you get the right size at the mid section to match

Td05 water pipes...
I've no idea mate, try dropping savage bulldogs a pm he's taken then apart before, didn't realise you had to split the hot and cold sides to get at the pipes,
-
impreza variant?
Trouble is with ours is the engine bay gets so hot the cone ends up getting heatsoaked unless you remove the resonator and stick it in the wing recess, wouldn't be ideal if your wading through big puddles [emoji52]
-
Td05 water pipes...
No worries mate, glad to be of some help, wideband lambda sensors are for monitoring air fuel mix, normally used when mapping although people fit them to highly modded engines so they can keep an eye on things before they go bang [emoji50]
-
impreza variant?
You'll need bigger wheels to accommodate the four pots, i'd go with a panel filter not much point in going for a cone, unless your after bigger power, may be worth investing in a remap aftwr the exhaust and filter should see better mpg too
