  1. I'm well happy with that 188 miles door to door for me so can't complain.
  2. Possibly I'm just eliminating all other options before I go down that route, it stopped when I swapped the rears over but has now started again, only does it when moving the wheel right, even the slightest movement off to the left makes it stop. Doesn't happen in a straight line either. Must have been doing it since Christmas, at 1st I just put it down to the new gearbox mounts and more nvh
  3. Filled up today worked out average for the trip was 34mpg [emoji16]
  4. Tossers ! My mate buckled a wheel on something that could only be described as an asteroid strike size hole, took pic of wheel and got the garage to confirm that it was dead sent it off council ended up paying out for a new rim, took a while though.
  5. Get a claim in to the council [emoji16] can only be the shocking state of our roads that's killing them.
  6. Rotated all 4 tyres see if the pesky noise stops, Sav, dipped the clutch and the noise is still there, reckon that rules the diff out ? Would have fitted my new bushes today & had a test drive but the auditor has just arrived grrrrr [emoji22] may have to look like I'm doing some actual work today !
  7. I find the easiest way is to find the pic, share with tapa, it asks where I want to insert so I just choose a random thread, then I cut it go back into the thread I want to put it into then reply, there must be an easier way, I've just not found it yet
  8. Are you using tapatalk app or pc site ? If pc you'll need photobucket or another image hosting site and upload them that way, if using the app you should be able to select pic and upload straight from your phone
  9. To be honest if i'm only abole to do one or the ogher i'll choose this over cadwell
  10. It's between Hawes and tan hill. Depending on what time it finishes nick I know some great roads round there
  11. Forgot about the thread, my cobra 3" trackday friendly foz specific system
  12. Haha get yourself a silicone y pipe makes removing and replacing a doddle
  13. It's a ball ache to get to, have pics somewhere look between the throttle body and i/c and you'll see an Allen headed recessed bung, that's what you need to get out to put this http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=68&products_id=1591&osCsid=b3nub090l732da8ucb8inabr51 in
  14. Oil pressure is normally taken from under the alternator, remove factory one, pop in a t-peice adaptor screw old one back in and connect new one up, Oil temp usually under the i/c you'll need a gallery plug and extension with sender adaptor, it's a pain to get to. I stuck my oil pressure one there as I had the cooler off anyway still have room in t piece to attach oil temp if needs be.
  15. [emoji16] I've seen blue 64 and 15 plates round town but no other colours I'll keep me eyes peeled, if you see a green random wagon flashing you that will be me haha
  16. Hi welcome, Which part of West Yorkshire are you located in ? There's noting in leeds at the moment as it didn't take off last year but there's a meet down T Sheffield subaru services on the 2nd Monday of the month
  17. Probably, ash nick tom gambit and myself all use Sheffield subaru services. Easy to find just round the corner from medowhall
  18. I've you don't mind driving to Sheffield Martin &date will don't for about 380 I think
  19. Have a look at the depo website, may be slightly cheaper and they ship directly, I have the slightly different led type, boost oil temp it's easy to read. I think savage may have the 4 in one gauge give him a shout
  20. You'll need to do the pads if you do the discs as the surface of the old pads will be contoured to the old discs, so your breaking at best will be compromised due to the faces of pad and disc not sitting flush
  21. Hi Roy welcome [emoji3] Not Nota great deal happening in leeds at the moment as half of the members that attended last year's meets have either sold up or never returned, we have a couple of new locals so hopefully we'll get something started again soon, I tend to get down to the Sheffield monthly meets as it's us and a couple of other clubs getting together at Sheffield subaru services.
  22. Basically any alarm installer will rip out all the old stuff and put brand new in. So best off either speaking to a local clifford accredited installer to see what suits your needs or have a look at the clifford website, as all their products are listed Maybe a clifford g5 or 5g can't remember exactly
  23. Did you have any jot with the brake conversion mate ? I've been told if you get the newage 2pots with the 'subaru stickers' as opposed to the embossed subaru on the caliper they'll clear standard rims, (couldn't remember what wheels you have on at the moment)
  24. Yeah smells like hot oil, only after you've stopped or turned off. Easy way to check is pop bonnet and look inbetween the airbox and rocker cover, you'll see the up pipe at the bottom, my heatsheild was covered in oil and grime. If it's the other side won't be as noticable
  25. I'll know by Friday mate, it may be this or cadwell the day before, hopefully do both but you know what women are like
