  1. Don't loose the restrictor pill from the lines near the turbo or you be stuffed !
  2. If all else fails I can chase mine back for you ?
  3. I'd maybe get a couple of meters of each diameter, 3mm for turbo vac and some of the smaller stuff running off the inlet 5mm for other bits and possibly the bigger hose for anything else,
  4. How much do you want to do ? If I remember correctly 3mm internal diameter about six foot should do it and leave you a but to use else where if needed
  5. Oof ! Have you looked at heywood & Scott ?
  6. The perrin stuff is well made and competitively priced but we get stung on shipping and tax. Scooby clinic sell the stuff over here. With regards to the remap you pay for the licence map and dyno time so 550 isn't that bad any subsequent remaps won't cost as much as you already have the licence
  7. Haha no worries mate weather's been terrible here too, I'll post a pick up of mine you may be able to confirm just by looking. People on the foz site say it should be ok and will probably fail at some point in the future, I can't be arsed fitting it only to have to replace a part in the future, may as well do a job properly the 1st time Thanks again Clive
  8. Cos worth are good as don't interfere with the maf but the need changing every x amount of miles. If you got a sports cat system should keep you legal and be better flowing
  9. To be honest you'd probably get the power gains your after with just air filter, exhaust and map.
  10. Can someone measure the drop on the mounts for me please? I took pictures on Monday of the classic mount but no measurements. Been having a poke around mine and the foz's appear to be longer to accommodate the extra ride hight so I may have to get new mounts as don't want to end up twisting them
  11. Welcome back mate, have you gone and bought another one then ?
  12. You may have trouble getting insured if it's not cat1 equipped. From what I can gather if you wanted to remove it you'd have to locate the 'brain' then chase all connections back, there's a fuel relay cut off integrated into the alarm and you'd probably need to get keys re coded as it's all linked with the ecu/immobiliser
  13. It will probably !Removed! the timing a bit if it thinks it's nocking, if it gets really bad it may go into 'safe mode' and not let you rev over 2.5k. Just reset and keep an eye out should be fine they are a common fail point
  14. I'm just tripple checking I can go haha then will sort out payment
  15. You having another alarm installed? 90% of alarm installers will remove the old on for free when putting new one in
  16. My guess I'd you'll have to find out the weights of both cars, can't be too much difference though. Work out the spring rates used and make a decision, based on what you find. Will they drop the car at all ? Last thing you'd want is a bouncy ride or one that's bottoming out
  17. Ooh into the inner circle now David ! Welcome [emoji16] I'm sure gambit will have the leather kit in the post soon
  18. Ash is the best person he lives locally, I'm in leeds, I did enquire on Monday when I was there but there was about 10 people in the garage and Martin had his head stuck in an engine bay, I'll message ash now for you and see what the crack is
  19. There is open source available for new age carberric ? I think it's called. May be worth sending a pm to mfnick as he had his blob mapped and I'm sure he didn't use ecutek route
  20. Been done mate went down the esl route as my97. Rick is in the lancs area and was having Andy Carr do his I think
  21. Since changing to wrx buckets these have been sitting in storage. Some slight ware on the drivers side bolster but nothing major £50.00 or open to offers [emoji3]
  22. Our friends across the pond would appear to have managed to get a 4pot swap using standard foz 16" wheels by using the newer flat wrx calipers with the stickers on as opposed to the older raised letter type. Looks like you need the hanger bracket and new discs an it clears the inner face of the rim by a couple of mm Does anyone access to a spare caliper that can be used to make a mock up or a casting ? Doesn't have to be in working order as it won't actually be going on the car interested in seeing if this will work with the jdm wheels but don't really want to fork out on loads of stuff before finding they won't fit
  23. Sorry I saw green label and assumed it was for a maf. Not an icv
  24. Come mot time if you have any illuminated warning lights or cel light it will fail, don't know if you could talk the tester round by explaining what you've done bit complicated though,
