I keep looking at doing the same thing mate, google forester 17 inch wheels, think theres a post on forester.org about different rims and what the look like, for sale section or ebay will be best place for cheap wheels, price varies depending on condition & if tyres included Sent from my SM-T210
  3. Grimmspeed stuff is quite well known in the states, don't know if you can get hold of it easily over here, whoever installed it should have had the car mapped at the same time, maybe see if you can get hold of a standard part and put it back in Sent from my SM-T210
  4. Urban driving or motorways ? I get about 20mpg round town, upto th low 30's on the motorway
  5. Hi mate welcome, Things in leeds are a little quiet at the mo, had a couple of meets with varing success. I'm not gonna be able to make the Sheffield one tonight as on holiday, but if you can get down it's worth it. We have the northern big one at lightwater valley on the 29th coming up too. A few of us will be attending that. Which part of leeds you from ?
  6. Let us know what you end up with, when I had the exhaust repalced they removed the heat shield so I'm looking at putting something on to replace it but some of them are silly money Sent from my SM-T210
  7. Any classic decat down pipe should fit, just make sure you get one the correct length to delete the pair some down pipes are shorter. Could always look into just removing the 2nd one not sure which bits would fit as I think the 3rd section is slightly different to the impreza. Got any mates wuth classics close to to you that you cold measure parts ?

Presume so mate, from people who have been before that seem to be the only way. Tried to contact the organisers and what not, so has gambit no joy and the ticket section on the site takes you back to sonewhere else. If it all goes !Removed! up I have a contingency plan !
  9. Save people reading through pages here's the details From 08.45 at quarry moor retail park, HG4 2SD just off the A61 rippon bypass, Plan is to leave around 09.30 and head up to lightwater valley taking the bypass it's about six miles. For people coming up the A1 it's off at junction 50 then follow signs to rippon/harrogate, For gaulson and those traveling from the west follow a59 from skipton till you get to the roundabout at the entrance to harrogate the turn left onto a61. Sent from my SM-T210
  10. I have no idea, it's more than likely to be the same as the classic impreza, the up pipe and turbo back sections are. Is yours looking a bit past it ? There is a heat shield on there so if that bits knackered may be worth removing it and checking the condition of the pipe it's self. May get away with removing it then heat wrapping the pipe Randomly subaru exhausts tend to rust from rhe outside in.
  11. No worries mate, Name's adam
  12. My folks used to do something similar years back on dartmoor. Uesd to go into a local pub pick up a clue, head up onto the moors go to a tor hunt round, usually an ammo box stashed away with a pad and stamp to prove you'd been and the next clue in the bottom of he box. Is it uk wide or are you just in a specific area ?
  13. http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/7314-nice-auction/#entry43216 Well these two will blow that into the weeds but always nice to look :-D
  14. Wass about to say maybe turbo you can hear but just realised it's a n/a car. Can you get a recording of the sound ?
  15. Thought you'd stopped ! If I was your missss id have either chopped you hands off by now or dis cinnected the internet :-D Did you see the thread matt started the other day about the acutions ? Couple of nice fozzies on page 2
  16. Plus, more power, Better economy more torque. Depending on what software you go for switchable maps for different grade fuel safer running, launch controll anti lag, flat foot shifting.. Downside inital outlay, spending more on fuel as you always want more lol
  17. Thats the stock sf setup. The diagram gambit's posted is for the newer cars, we don't have the o2 sensore in the up pipe
  18. Hello & welcome, maybe try some breaker's or powerflow have dealers all over the could make you the bits and are fairly cheap, some of the impreza parts fit so maybe look into getting hold of one of those ? The back boxes are slightly different so you'd need to know somome with welding skills to re position the hangers Sent from my SM-T210
  19. 2nd the iac valve. If you decide to take apart and clean it get new gaskets beforehand.
