Hope you manage to get somewhere mate & it doesn't put you off subaru ownership, at the end of the day when it's been resolved I think this garage needs to be named so others can steer clear. Are you looking to go down the sale of goods act route ?

Ah right. Yeah I wasn't expecting t to be cheap. Right rip off to be fair. There was somone on here a while back that could sort keys out I think. I'll see what I can dig up

My only suggestion is contact your local dealer, for another two botton fob. May be a case of taking all the keys in and re programming them all at once :-( I don't know if the key has an immobiliser chip inside. If you werent fussed about the central locking mayby try a local key cutting place. Wonder what the other fob thing is for. ?

Hello, bit strange and random reply but are you sure the 2nd fob is for the alarm ? 90% of jdm imports just have the factory security as theft isn't a big issue in japan. My previous 2 imports came with the standard 2 button key and a valet key.

I see loads of the stands for the flags knocking about always blowing over. I'll just pop one in he back of the van next time I see unattended.

Vary mate, some of the parts sites list at set between 30-40 bits, going up to 70-80 for the iridium ones, I'm sure you could get them cheaper at a motor factors or if you know someone in the trade Sent from my SM-T210

The ngk ones seem to be pretty good, weather the iridium ones are worth the extra money is something I've not looked into Sent from my SM-T210

The standard exhaust came with a tip, I thought I'd got one with an aftermarket back box until I looked closer [emoji25] Maybe you could get a replacement from subaru, Sent from my SM-T210

What are the bug seats like ? Not sure if the'd vo in mine I know the classic ones are a straight fit just change the belt holders

Just for a laugh I've been looking at people I know car's and how much they pay and comparing against what I've been quoted, how can I get insured on a 09 plate golf R32 for 200 quid cheaper than I can on mine ?

They think it's had a map ? Nice glad you have someone local you can trust. Now come the options, do you go for more power or just a tweak to get it rinning good, antilag & launch control ? :-D

Sounds good and cheap mate, is that on a rolling road or live map ? If you want comparative prices speak to simon @ jolly green monster or duncan @ race dynamix, As gambit said it would have needed a resistor or map to remove the light coming on with no cat.

Thanks mate, it's pretty much the same size as a classic wagon Just sits about 6" higher, No idea what was going on with fuel light. It's only come on twice in a year and the needle has been sat on the stop. Set off and it went out then every time I stopped it would come on so when I got onto bypass booted it and it never came on again did a further 15 milea before filling up ?

Thats the only thing I want to change. But some times I'm glad of the extra clearance as the state of the roads is horrendous.
