  1. Hello & welcome, I've never seen a wide body or extended fenered'd foz so wouldn't know where to start, you could probably go up to 9" rims but again I wouldn't have a clue on the offset, standard is48 so I thing you'd have to go further out if you went wider wheels. Are you looking at something like this ? Or a whole kit inc skirts bumpers etc ? Either way keep us posted on your progress as would be interesting to see how you get along and may help others in the future [emoji3]
  2. In theory you should go for a map but form other foz members I know who have gone up to an 04 for the tf03 with no problems, but a map would give you more torque horsepower and better mpg
  3. Should be in the handbook or give your local dealer a ring they may be able to give it to you
  4. A question the that gets asked over and over again is 'what tyres are best for my car'? So in order to try and gather some useful information on people's experiences and views on different rubber feel free to post up your brand size & opinions on the tyres you use, Brand Size Approx Cost Opinions/ pros & cons you've come across, Any other info you feel is relevent, Tyre life value for money etc
  5. [emoji23] What is it 1.1 Or a special edition ?
  6. How do you import the pics ? Never have any problems cutting and pasting into tt
  7. Ah I get you, well I'm of no use as it's esl 'd Sorry about that !
  8. More Power, Why not mate do it !
  9. Me ! Never used the 2nd map though as it's my 'low boost emergency **** fuel' map however I have an abundance of shell garages up here
  10. Yep none ! Dunno if this is because the old ones were shot the engine would wobble from left to right when revved, or I can't hear feel any extra due to the exhaust, But the braking feel has also increased with the lack of fore / aft movement too
  11. As long as the stud pattern is the same, they changed it on later models of impreza then you should be fine as the offset is identical
  12. Hello, sorry to here about your problems. I have no experience with lpg so wouldn't be able to even stat with trying to diagnose a fault if it was that side of the system, have you tried doing a ecu reset with the diagnostics tools or even unplugging the battery for half an hour will revert everything back to factory, Then drive for a couple of day see if the cel comes back, it should still log it and return an error code if it happens again,
  13. Engine mounts are a good start, finally got round to changing mine to group n ones, when lifting off I used to feel a sharp jolt, specially at higher speeds, now gone much smoother on acceleration and deceleration
  14. Can't make this i'm afraid already pre booked Sundays till at least 2025 or her indoors learns to drive
  15. Or just buy some coilovers, mines lowered by 2" so not stupidly low and still retains enough clearence for speed bumps etc, depends how low you wanna go or what 'look ' your after. The transmission mount is the same along with all control arms etc so I can't really see what benefit swapping those out would have, the rear arb mounts are about an inch lower on the impreza, I've been told there is a subframe spacer on the foz which isn't on the impreza too
  16. Hello & welcome, 1st off what colour is the smoke ? And has it been remapped ? If it's been mapped then it will more than likely be a excess fuel specially if there's no cats in place, If it's blue it more than likely to be the turbo oil seals weeping, As for the 300bhp goal the stock wrx turbo will run out of puff around 270. so td05 or equivalent vf trubo sports cat or de catted exhaust system, uprated fuel pump and a remap will be able to hit around 320bhp. Fon't expect much change from 1000-1500
  17. Aftwr driving the 30 odd miles home I wished i'd done it as one of the 1st mods, even the cold start up 'slap' has quietened down significantly. Got them for a ton delivered price had gone up a fiver over the last couple of weeks for some reason ? Rcm have them for 94 but by the time you've added delivery it's much the same. I think of you've a stock system on then the engine would be a but louder but I doubt you'd even notice [emoji38] Sounds a little deeper on idle though which is nice
  18. Wv group should fit too
  19. Group n engine mounts went in on Saturday, been rude not to seeing as it's the only mount that hasn't been changed, Didn't take a great deal of pics but here's the 18 year old one upon removal It didn't look too bad but you could compress it with you fingers, The group n rubber is much stiffer could feel the difference as soon as it was started up, the for and aft movement has been greatly reduced and the left to right, before I could rock the engine slightly on the manifold but it won't budge, braking feel has improved too I guess mainly down to the master cylinder not moving around, As for increased nvh that people have reported, it actually quietened down the engine due to being rock solid [emoji51]
  20. I had the same thing with the tow bar but my entire system was shot so they custom made the rear box hangers to fit the two bar bracket,i'm sure if you can get an impreza box and take it to a fabrication place along with the car they should be able to move the hangers to fit, I've been told the centre sections are the same and the rear between the diff is slightly longer so that's why people cut the flange and extend the rear box, again no idea if true or not
  21. Hello, any impreza exhaust will fit but you'll need to relocate the hangers and make it a little longer as it won't clear the bumper, foz stuff pops up on ebay and there's a couple of breakers that may have some
  22. Nope, as had a few bits changed and looked at before it went in to make sure
  23. Generally icp dont sell inferior parts, the discs & psds should be fine Sent from my SM-T210 using Tapatalk
  24. Haha well between 20-30 mpg as a rough guide
