Yes mate, however with a Td05 your likely with supporting mods to get low 300's maybe even 330 depending on other mods obvs.

well mine should be 330+ and weighs around 1200. So thats 283.3 BHP/Tonne The VXR8 Brahurst is 565 Bhp and weighs 1835 kg, so thats 307 BHP/Tonne However thats the top of the line one, its also Rear wheel drive and only manages 60 in 4.9 secs which is Brochure figures so more mid 5's, Mine is 4wd so i reckon id give it a shot. :)

It will fit, but as said your prob better going for newer version, Standard top mount is good for 300 mate. fins on that look like they will need a bit of work to flow free as well. but pipework is uprated.

Bare in mind you will need a remap after fitting, mine is running slightly rough after fitting mine, dont bother V5 or V6, you want V7 or V8 as these are bigger especially if your going to run more power. but it takes alot of work to get it to fit.

Didnt end up with the 35 matt, ended up with the VF30 less overall lag and bit more umph, i m going Meth but been advised to do a few more miles first :/ If i cant keep up with a VXR with 4wd and more power ill hand my keys over lol. New STI top mount fitted has been boxed for 6 months and found it has the most hideous green STI stencil on it ever, however i got chance to fit my new HKS SSQV and have still managed to keep my strut brace. Millers 10 50 has gone in now as well. 10 days and counting :)

Yeah mate sorry, tbh as long as they arnt made in China you will be ok, the headers ( Ebay Spesh) where great items and £400 cheaper than here. Dont be put off by Ebay as you can grab yourself a bargain as long as you know what to look for.

Ive tried having a look to no Avail, maybe go into your local Subaru too see if it is needed to be like that, i would say you could change it for a smaller handle, it should twist or screw off.

The remap day has been changed to the 11th at Area 52 as the weather was getting worse and didnt want to map it on the road. Ok so from what it sounds like you have a boost leak, that much is obvs, get some carb spray and spray it onto all the pipes on the turbo circuit, intercooler etc, what the carburetor spray will do is make the revs go up if a leak is found. Other than that i can only think that you have a DumpValve that is sticking open which is causing the drop in boost before it should. If you have a dump valve get some WD40 and spray it into the DV, leave it for a few mins and then rev the car, once warm obvs. If failing that im sure Martin will have a look at it either before the meet or on the meet. Well you will be able to try some of Gems world class baking :)
