  1. Cool have a few people want this from the Pm's I've had so looks like it's a plan coming along just nicely :) Well it's upto you if you want to set up your own post with a few banners and an explanation and let me know I'll sticky it for you :D
  2. I'll apologize not done it today but I will get it done tomorrow. I also have a few friends I'll ask too about signing up. Do you have any picture can use as a banner above a post ? I just think it makes it look nicer :)
  3. Taxed God it grieves me
  4. Haha well I went out to do it but by hell it was cold and didn't fancy laying on the frozen floor doing them :D but I need to get them done sooner than later :) So will have a look tomorrow I'd use the garage with the log burner but have a massive lawn mower the way :( don't want to melt it as it's not mine.
  5. Oh not good news mate :( 2nd hand engines is a cheaper way of doing it for sure but as said you do run the risk of a repeat, being a non turbo though I'd be tempted I have bought 2nd hand engines before and had no problem :)
  6. Oh yes you can get it out the lines completely but just helps it stop spraying out all over :)
  7. It's the front end I need :) I've seen a spec d front end for sale but it's silver means need a respray I'd rather try get the same colour from the start :(
  8. To depressurize the lines don't you just disconnect the fuel pump 1st and then run it until it stalls ?
  9. Picture's below. Nice upgrade from the WRX spoiler cheaper too :)
  10. Hello mate sorry about the late reply. Been over eating over drinking as you might be able to tell :D Hope you had a great Christmas too. And please feel free to join in on the threads all great bunch on here none of this bickering or anything like that which is great to see :)
  11. I'm planning today to fit them :D we will see how well that goes :D I know he fit's better pistons to reduce them sticking so all be well I should be good with these for another 10 years or more :D
  12. Hi mate sorry been busy mate :( Family among other things I will get on it tomorrow mate and get you sorted with a sticky thread for you to :) And I will message my mate too on Facebook and let him know see what he says. He might even reply to you here I think he's signed up now.
  13. Yeah you can swap well upgrade to the Brembos easy enough does mean disc's and pads need to be changed and to make sure the alloy doesn't catch. But even Brembos can suffer with sticky pistons but doesn't happen as much . These are mine still in the box I will get round to fitting them :D I'm pretty sure as long as you have a good car it will be a keeper not met many that haven't enjoyed them, but everyone is different I guess :)
  14. You can free it mate as I said it could last a few months but will need to work it to get it moving again. I'd have to ask Cusco but think it was £150 for the pair + £40 deposit and what ever postage was think it was about £15 But then you have to send your old ones back to him and he will give you the £40 back once he's received your old calipers.
  15. Couple of the guys was looking at chipping in for a track day toy. Message Stants on here mate he can put it to the others if you want ;)
  16. As said above unfortunately mate I currently have a set of refurbished ones to put on my car for the same reason. I'd not waste to much time with good pads if you know about a sticky piston it's just a matter of time before it comes back, and if it's really bad it will just scrub one side off more than the other making them useless :( when you do get round to sorting the calipers out. I've freed mine up a few times though they can last days or months but will always jam up eventually :(
  17. Good lets keep the numbers coming And love the fact not just Impreza owners :D
  18. Just to hijack the thread a moment. I see you have or been on Forza 5 we have the Top Gear test track going again and your pretty low down. Did you want to get a better time set ;)
