I would have thought so its a filter so will restrict air out so removing it should make it louder I know you can get other filters for them youtube has video of all 3. And it will work on some sort of spring mechanism to be able to open and close but im not sure how or if it can be set with them ive never owned a hks dump value.

But they do have to find one of similar spec as your's for sale to prove thats the worth of the car so if it's that hard to find one they have a lot of work to do :) So might end up just thinking it's cheaper to save manpower and pay out anyway. Very possible what rallyally has said and is excellent advice. I think it could also be warped brake discs or bearing. If the bearing has gone the wheel once jacked up will wobble or feel loose when you rock the wheel up and down.

Siezed pistons on the brake calipers will give you bad vibration and pulling sometimes but you would notice it more when braking. I would have said balance was out too if its while just normal driving. Dont alway trust them to do it right I had to take a car backbonce after it was meant to have been done the front end felt like it was floating around almost un drivable. When I tokk it back they asked if I had hit anything because it was 13% out I never used King's way tyres again.

I have heard it can eat in to your rubber seals and hoses but not sure how true that is. Maybe just more scare mongering than truth but I would drain them all again and re do it if you are concerned. I do only use 5.1 myself though. But I would say you will be fine but doubt the life of it would last as long with it being old stuff mixed with new.
