  2. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C Also sorry to hear about your experience not completely uncommon with these types of cars to have an amauter with no experiance mess about with them and course problems. I have a manuela boost controler I had it in the car 2 weeks never used it and disconnected it after reading horror stories about the damage they do if you don't know what you're doing. Savage is !Removed! good with the knowledge on classics like your's and agree with him :)
  3. Nope sorry bit far for me even though if the money had come sooner I would have been in Birmingham tomorrow picking up a front end hawkeye conversion :(
  4. I agree does have a nice modern and classic look to it
  5. Mine on with the alloy. And yes the prodrive was in shot on purpose [emoji1]
  6. They did the engine rebuild on my bugeye. I have seen them just don't think I can justify paying all that out. Not when I do see people selling them 2nd hand from time to time.
  7. Hi mate welcome to s.o.c. and I like the sound of this plan [emoji6]
  8. I missed out on one about 3 weeks ago bloke selling one £250 but sold it about 45mins before I'd seen his post. [emoji19] missed out on a few thing in tge past 2 month's [emoji22]
  9. I'd check vacuum leak- broken air hose or disconnected air hose. Bad or disconnected spark plug wire or coil pack. Maf could be an issue or a really dirty air filter but would have thought that would have been changed. But these arecthe things id look at 1st. If they won't look at it.
  10. Is it still under warranty ? I'd certainly ring the garage up or take it back if it's local and ask them to have a look. Might be just a simple split in a pipe.
  11. Yeah I can live with that [emoji1] my bugeye is pretty loud the blobeye isn't that load at all I think it nerds to be louder [emoji6]

  15. M-SPORT HAS UNVEILED A STUNNING LIVERY FOR ITS FIA WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP-CHALLENGING FORD FIESTAS WHICH IS INSPIRED BY FORMER CHAMPIONS COLIN MCRAE AND HANNU MIKKOLA. ADVERTISING Elfyn Evans and Ott Tänak will pilot Fiesta RS WRCs sporting a design that brings a modern look to famous colour schemes from over 25 years ago. The livery is influenced by Mikkola’s famous Eaton Yale Escort RS1800, in which he won Britain’s Lombard RAC Rally in 1979, and the Sierra RS Cosworth which McRae drove in 1989. M-Sport, which will retain support from Castrol and Michelin, will display the car at the Autosport International show in Birmingham this weekend. The livery will be seen in competition for the first time at Rallye Monte-Carlo (22 - 25 January). Team principal Malcolm Wilson said the design delivered a fresh and exciting look whilst celebrating Ford’s long-standing presence in WRC. “Throughout history Ford cars have produced some of the most striking colour schemes which became firm favourites around the globe,” he said. “It’s great to see some of these iconic liveries reflected in our 2015 car – a modern twist tailoring the design to our young and ambitious team.”
  16. The Korean Grand Prix has been dropped from the 2015 calendar, reducing the season to 20 races. The race was a surprise addition to the schedule last month but the FIA said on Tuesday that it had now been omitted from the final version of the calendar. A spokesman said Korea had been added at commercial rights holder Bernie Ecclestone's request and removed when it became clear it was not viable. The revised schedule has been published on the FIA's official website. The decision is not a surprise. It had been scheduled as the fifth race of the season on 3 May, just a week before the first European race in Spain, but sources had always insisted its inclusion was a ruse. It was added as a potential way to allow the engine manufacturers to continue to use five engines this season, rather than the four demanded in the 2015 rules. This plan was based on a rule that says each driver could have five engines in 2015 if the calendar had more than 20 races "as originally scheduled". Top-level sources said the move came after pressure from, particularly, Renault and its works team Red Bull. Renault struggled with reliability last year and is under pressure to improve its engine to try to catch up with the dominant unit from Mercedes. But rival teams pointed out that the calendar published in December - which featured Korea but labelled it unconfirmed - was not the original schedule as a previous version, without Korea, had already been published in September. And the pressure to allow drivers to use five engines over the season was reduced by the decision to allow limited in-season engine development, after Ferrari pointed out a loophole in the rules. 2015 Formula 1 World Championship calendar 15 March: Australia 26 July: Hungary 29 March: Malaysia 23 August: Belgium 12 April: China 6 September: Italy 19 April: Bahrain 20 September: Singapore 10 May: Spain 27 September: Japan 24 May: Monaco 11 October: Russia 7 June: Canada 25 October: United States 21 June: Austria 1 November: Mexico 5 July: Great Britain 15 November: Brazil 19 July: Germany 29 November: Abu Dhabi

It's like moving next to Gatwick or Heathrow then complaining planes fly over <_< These types of people should be dragged from their homes in the night and tied to the back of track day goers cars and used like conkers. Or hairpin markers... And forced to leave the house to me in their will ;)
