  1. Your vin plate can be decrypted a bit here http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Vehicle_Identification_Numbers_(VIN_codes)/Subaru/VIN_Codes As for the engine it's an EJ20 looking at the vin if thats what you was after.
  2. Oh nice one mate, from what I've heard there is a good saving for long distance driving. Tlag know far more than me about LPG I'd say he was one of the 1st to get onto LPG when it came out here from what he's said before in the past :D Not saying you are old Tlag. Just a head of your time ;) And I've seen the inside of a few vets cars and they are all a mess so can understand from that point of view :D
  3. (Wolf Whistles) PMSL And that is a talent dancing in high heels and not even breaking an ankle :D
  4. Oh now I really do like them, makes me want to get a pair now :)
  5. No keeps dirtying my lap times up. I will be in the lead but because it's behind me on the last sector as I come into to do the last lap it already gives me a dirty lap even on a new lap ;)
  6. I suppose I will stop slagging your drivertar off now for a week or 2 on Forza
  7. Should sell pretty well to the right person :)
  8. You're welcome mate. It did look fun though :D but just thought it would help you have an idea of the ground clearance of them, even if it was a bit extreme off roading :)
  9. Ouch that rough :( but least it can be repaired. And as you say in the mean time have the engine mods.
  10. I agree and Tom marks that mate good to see that humanity still has some hope :D
  11. Nice one and I agree handy link should help others planning to do the same :D
  12. :( sanding down and some repairs rough or just a sand down and respray ?
  13. Yep for sure for what you have said Bloke who goes shooting near me uses his for off roading across fields. Some footage here of some yanks in one to give you an idea :D
  14. Speak with Savage mate top bloke and has done an amazing job with painting and rebuild of his car. Has a thread in the project section if you want to have a look :D
  15. Oh sorry thought I had replied to this. I used carb cleaner and an old toothbrush to clean the throttle body. But going with Seafoam when I do an oil change next. As for painting I would remove them myself, but Savage might have done his without the need of removing anything.
  16. Nice one Tim makes sense to me I will Pin it too So members can find it easy enough :D
  17. Not sure myself but looking at the layout of the impreza I would have to say yes would need to remove the wipers.
  18. I've seen plenty of people off roading with the XT for it not to worry me or going through massive water splashes. I've not looked but I'm sure someone will have recorded themselves on youtube if you have a look. depends if you're thinking about driving over massive boulders and peaks :D
  19. Ok mate I know you have been called names on here I appreciate that from both sides. You're calling other's idiots but yet you drive down a motorway with no brake pads in the front, pot kettle black in my opinion. You shouldn't even be driving the car on the roads. 12 years experience ???? Well should know better really. To be fair mate I will give you a final warning from the off here as you seem to be fighting a losing battle despite me trying to give you a chance to redeem yourself. I will close this thread I won't ban you straight away. but any follow up threats or anything will not be tolerated in any shape or form on here. I can give you a nice Subaru forums link to go vent off to if you like see what they have to say. ;)
  20. To be fair mate I think this will be better left alone now. I think in central London was not really going to help your course. I have to say I try to see the funny side of most thing's in life. I can't see one here, and i'm not really sure what you want people to say to you without being rude in some form or another. So I will monitor this for an hour and if I feel it is getting out of hand it will be closed without notice.
  21. Pffft. To be fair mate I think you're lucky in so many ways 1st one this being a friendly forum. I've driven some sheds around but I think you have made them look like pristine motor's. But I'm guessing by your lack of care for others on the road and yourself nevermind the car I would say your best bets selling it as a spares or repairs. Hub damage warped disc brakes broken calipers alloy's warped possible the list will no doubt go on the damage it will have done.
  22. Well if more interest comes around you never know. But Matt and boots are on about the JAE so might try switch it for that. :)
