I remember speaking to a retired special police sergeant. He even used to drink drive straight from the police station he said they all did because it was so cheap. He even said to me that he can't remember getting home sometimes he was that plastered. :D

As Stants said just a filter will be fine the cats will bring up ECU light if removed until they're mapped out :) -

I'd say be as expensive as a Impreza certainly wouldn't think it would be more, but does depend if you use the happy pedal alot :D

Same as scooby pete for me. Mainly shell v power. But will use momentum if I'm in town and need fuel. Or can't get to shell. -
Exactly and I know I'm adding to the reduce the bugeye population by looking at doing a hawkeye conversion. The bugs are becoming pretty rare now too.
