It shouldn't matter if its a £1k car or £15k you should still be given respect and service. I hate it when you've spent time going to a shop (and your case even booked a appointment) and then whoever phones up from their sofa gets the attention of the attendant, wheres that rant thread again
As I said in the other thread. I've not had a huge amount of contact with him. He did answer my calls promptly and answer all my questions in a friendly manner - perhaps when you were there in person
I'm not sure how Hurst are post sales. I think I'd ask who has had a problem post sales and how was it dealt with.
